| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج لتنمية اللغة الاستقبالية باستخدام استراتيجية السلوك البديل لدى طفل التوحدي حيث بلغت مده البرنامج ٢٤ أسبوعا واستخدمت الباحثة منهج بحث الحالة الواحدة للقياس القبلي والبعدي لدراسة أثر المعالجة التجريبية وهي تنميه اللغة الاستقباليه لدى الطفلة عينه الدراسة وقد تم قياس درجات التحسن من خلال قياس مهارات اللغة الاستقباليه قبل وبعد البرنامج وتحليل هذه النتائج حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من طفلة واحدة توحدية تبلغ من العمر أربعة عشر سنة وتعانى الطفلة من إعاقة مزدوجة وهي اضطراب التوحد والإعاقة الذهنية الشديدة ولديها سلوكيات تحدى تضمنت الصراخ، إيذاء الذات، وشملت الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة مقياس جيليام للتقدير التوحدي (إعداد عادل عبد الله محمد، ۲۰۲۰) ومقياس فايلاند (تعريب وتقنين ناصر بندر العتيلي، ٢٠٠٤) مقياس اللغة الاستقبالية إعداد الباحثة واستمارة البيانات الأولية (إعداد الباحثة)، وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة بوجود فروق بين كلا من المقياس القبلي والبعدي في اتجاه مقياس البعدي ووجود فروق بين كلا من مقياس البعدي والتتبعى في اتجاه المقياس التتبعي، وأسفرت النتائج أيضا بفاعلية برنامج لتنمية اللغة الاستقبالية باستخدام استراتيجية تدعيم السلوك البديل لدى الطفل التوحدي وأدت النتائج أيضا بارتفاع درجات السلوك النضج الاجتماعي في مقياس فاينلاند للنضج الاجتماعي وانخفاض السلوكيات النمطية وارتفاع التواصل في مقياس جيليام لتقدير التوحدي مما يؤكد فاعلية برنامج لتنميه اللغة الاستقبالية باستخدام استراتيجية تدعيم السلوك البديل. This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a program to develop the receptive language using the alternative behavior strategy for the autistic child, as the duration of the program reached 24 weeks, and the researcher used the unit case study method for the pre and post measurement to study the effect of the experimental treatment, which is the development of the receptive language of the child (sample of the study). The improvement cycles were measured by measuring the receptive language skills before and after the program and analyzing these results. The study sample consisted of one fourteen- year- old autistic girl. The girl suffers from a double disability, which is autism and severe intellectual disability. She has challenging behaviors that included screaming and self- harm. The tools used in the study included the Gilliam scale for autistic assessment (prepared by Adel Abdullah Muhammad, 2020) and the Weiland scale (Arabization and codification: Nasser Bandar Al- Atili, 2004), the receptive language scale, prepared by the researcher, and the primary data form (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study revealed that there are differences between Both the pre and post scale are in the direction of the post scale and there are differences between both the post and follow up scale in the direction of the tracking scale J, and the results also resulted in the effectiveness of a program for developing the receptive language using the strategy of supporting the alternative behavior of the autistic child.
