| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصحة النفسية للعاملين بمهنة التمريض وعلاقتها بمستوى أدائهم في المستشفيات الحكومية بمحافظة ذمار، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى الصحة النفسية والأداء المهني، والتعرف على ما إذا كان هناك تباين في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين والممرضات تعزى لمتغير (الجنس-المؤهل العلمي). ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقاما باختيار عينة عشوائية تكونت من (201) ممرض وممرضة، منهم (107) ممرض و(94) ممرضة بنسبة (20) من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي البالغ عددهم (982) ممرضا وممرضة في محافظة ذمار، كما استخدم الباحثان أداتين لجمع البيانات وهي مقياس الصحة النفسية من إعداد الباحثين ومقياس نموذج تقييم الأداء المعتمد بوزارة الصحة اليمنية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها: *وجود تباينات في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين والممرضات بين الذكور والإناث حيث توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين والممرضات تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكانت الفروق لصالح الذكور. *كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين والممرضات تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي (دبلوم-بكالوريوس). *كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة بين الصحة النفسية والأداء المهني لدى الممرضين والممرضات حيث بينت نتائج الدراسة الحالية أن الممرضين والممرضات يتمتعون بمستويات عالية من الصحة النفسية حيث بلغت نسبتها لدى الممرضين (87.82) ونسبتها لدى الممرضات (83.88) وهي نسبة عالية ومطمئنة تظهر قدرات عالية على التكيف مع الظروف الصعبة التي نعيشها. The study aimed to identify the mental health of nurses and their relationship with their performance level in governmental hospitals in Dhamar governorate. It also aimed to reveal the relationship between the level of mental health and professional performance, and to identify whether there is a variation and difference in the level of mental health among nurses due to the variable (gender educational qualification),To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach and selected a random sample of (201) nurses, of whom (107) were male and (94) were female, at a rate of (20%) of the total original population of (982) nurses in Dhamar governorate. The researcher also used two data collection tools, a mental health scale developed by the researcher and a performance evaluation model scale approved by the Yemeni Ministry of Health The study reached a number of findings, the most important of which were: - There are variations in the level of mental health among nurses between males and females, where there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the level of mental health among nurses due to the gender variable, and the differences were in favor of males - The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the level of mental health among nurses due to the educational qualification variable (diploma bachelor). - The results also showed that there is no relationship between mental health and professional performance among nurses- The results of the current study showed that nurses enjoy high levels of mental health, where the percentage among male nurses was (87.82) and the percentage among female nurses was (83.88), which is a high and reassuring percentage that shows high abilities to adapt to the difficult conditions we are living in. |
