| المستخلص: | Through this research, we aim to introduce digital libraries and their role in the knowledge economy by achieving the free availability of digital information, as digital libraries still maintain their importance and place in the system of digital preservation and free access to digital scientific information despite the developments witnessed by the information sector, where they play a fundamental role in Establishing and developing the knowledge economy.
