| المستخلص: | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل السياسات الزراعية التي اتخذتها الجزائر منذ سنة 2000، وتحليل النتائج التي حققتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر عرفت تقدما ملحوظا في إنتاج مختلف الشعب الزراعية، إلا أن إنتاج الحبوب كان محدودا، فهو يخضع للعوامل الجغرافية، فيرتفع الإنتاج بارتفاع كميات الأمطار وينخفض بانخفاضها، وهذا مؤشر ضعف في القطاع الزراعي، كما أن معدل استيراد الحبوب ارتفعت بشكل لافت بارتفاع عدد السكان، وبهذا تزداد الفجوة الغذائية اتساعا بازدياد عدد السكان وانخفاض إنتاج الحبوب. This study seeks to analyze the agricultural policies adopted by Algeria from the beginning of the third millennium, and to analyze the results achieved by these policies in the cereals. The study concluded that Algeria has known remarkable progress in the production of various agricultural branches, but the progress in cereals production was limited, as it is subject to geographical factors, so the production rate rises with the increase in the amount of rain and decreases with its decrease, and this is an indicator of weakness in the production of cereals, and the import rates of the crop Cereals have risen remarkably with the increase in the population, as the food gap widens with the increase in the population. |
