| المستخلص: | اضطرابات الكلام والاضطرابات السلوكية من المتغيرات ذات التأثير السلبي على الحالة وعلى البيئة التي تعيش فيها. اضطرابات الكلام تعيق الفرد عن الكثير من التفاعلات الاجتماعية الضرورية. والاضطرابات السلوكية قد تتسبب في مستويات مختلفة من الضرر للفرد وقد يمتد هذا الضرر للمحيطين به. وذوي الإعاقة العقلية وخصوصا المراهقين منهم في حاجة ملحة لتعميق الدراسات والبحوث التي تهتم بمشكلاتهم ولذا يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى انتشار اضطرابات الكلام وأبعادها المختلفة لدى المراهقين من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية. وأيضا التحقق من العلاقة بين اضطرابات الكلام والاضطرابات السلوكية ودراسة الفروق بين المراهقين الأصغر سنا والأكبر سنا من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية في اضطرابات الكلام والاضطرابات السلوكية. ولقد تكونت عينة البحث الحالي (۸۱) مراهق من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية. وتراوح عمر عينة البحث بين (۱۳- ۱۸) سنة. وتضمنت أدوات البحث استمارة ملاحظة اضطرابات الكلام إعداد الغامدي (۲۰۰۹) ومقياس الاضطرابات السلوكية (إعداد الباحث). وأظهرت النتائج أن نسبة انتشار اضطرابات الكلام بين المراهقين من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية بلغت (٢٤%). وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين اضطرابات الكلام والاضطرابات السلوكية لدى المراهقين من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية. ولا توجد فروق دالة بين متوسطات درجات المراهقين الأكبر سنا والأصغر سنا من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية في اضطرابات الكلام والاضطرابات السلوكية. ومن توصيات الدراسة حث المؤسسات والمتخصصين في مجال ذوي الإعاقة على صياغة بروتكولات تشخيصية تتضمن تشخيص الاضطرابات السلوكية لدى المراهقين من فئات الإعاقة العقلية من ذوي اضطرابات الكلام. Speech disorders and behavioral disorders are variables that have a negative impact on the condition and the environment in which any person lives. Speech disorders hinder an individual from many necessary social interactions. Behavioral disorders may cause different levels of harm to the individual, and this harm may extend to those around him. People with mental disabilities, especially adolescents, are in urgent need of deepening studies and research that address their problems. Therefore, the current research aims to identify the level of prevalence of speech disorders and their various dimensions among adolescents with mental disabilities. It also investigates the relationship between speech disorders and behavioral disorders and studies the differences between younger and older adolescents with mental disabilities in speech disorders and behavioral disorders. The sample of the current research consisted of (81) adolescents with mental disabilities. The age of the research sample ranged between (13-18) years. The research tools included a speech disorders observation form prepared by Al-Ghamdi (2009) and a behavioral disorders scale prepared by (the researcher). The results showed that the prevalence of speech disorders among adolescents with mental disabilities reached (24%). There is a significant positive correlation between speech disorders and behavioral disorders in adolescents with mental disabilities. There are no significant differences between the average scores of older and younger adolescents with mental disabilities in speech disorders and behavioral disorders. Among the study's recommendations is urging institutions and specialists in the field of people with disabilities to formulate diagnostic protocols that include diagnosing behavioral disorders among mentally disabled adolescents with speech disorders. |
