| المستخلص: | إن ثبوت الاختلاف بين نسخ جامع الترمذي في أحكامه على الأحاديث أمر واضح لدى العلماء من قديم، وذلك يجعل من الواجب على من تصدى لتحقيق الجامع أو طباعته أن يحرص على تحقيق حكم الترمذي على كل حديث وفق النظر إلى قرائن معينة، ومن وسائل التحقق من أحكام الترمذي على الأحاديث: الرجوع إلى النسخ المعتمدة للجامع ومقارنتها، وكذا عرض الحديث على كتب الترمذي الأخرى، وكذلك كتب العلماء المتعلقة بالجامع كالمختصرات القديمة والمستخرجات والشروح، وغيرها من الكتب مثل كتب الأطراف وكتب التخريج، ومن القرائن التي يعتمد عليها في ترجيح أحكام الترمذي عند اختلاف النسخ: قرينة اتفاق أكثر نسخ الجامع، أو كان في أصح النسخ كنسخة الكروخي، وقرينة الحكم الذي يوافق ما ذكره الترمذي في كتبه الأخرى إذا وجد ذلك، وقرينة ما كانت أكثر الكتب المتعلقة بالترمذي وغيرها متفقة عليه (قرينة الكثرة)، وقرينة وجود الحديث في الصحيحين أو أحدهما يرجح حكم (حسن صحيح) أو (صحيح)، وقرينة كلام الترمذي على الرواة أو الطرق عقب الحديث قد يرجح أحد أحكامه، وقرينة النظر في إسناد الحديث ومتنه وكلام النقاد عليه، وقد يكون من المهم في بعض الأحاديث استقصاء طبعات الجامع وأكثر النسخ؛ لأنه قد يوجد في غير المشهور منها ما يكون هو الأقرب إلى الصواب. Authenticity of the difference between versions of Jamiʽ at-Tirmidhi in his provisions (stipulations) on hadiths is a clear issue to scholars from ancient times and that makes it the duty of the one who is involved in the investigation or printing of al Jami' to be keen to fulfill the provision (stipulation) of at-Tirmidhi on each hadith according to the consideration of specific evidences.
