| المستخلص: | ان الحق في مستوى معيشي كاف يعد من الحقوق الاساسية للإنسان وحاجة ضرورية لكل فرد لان التمتع بالحقوق ( الغذاء ، السكن الصحة الماء ، الكساء) والتي تشكل عناصر اساسية للحق في مستوى معيشي كاف تعد من المتطلبات الاساسية لتحقيق الكرامة الانسانية، لذا ظهر الاهتمام بهذا الحق في الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية التي فرضت على الدول التزامات يجب القيام بها لضمان تمتع الافراد بهذا الحق وان هذه الالتزامات تكون فورية التنفيذ والتزامات تدريجية تلتزم الدول بتنفيذها حسب الإمكانيات والموارد المتوفرة لديها، وان عدم تنفيذ الدولة لهذه الالتزامات يؤدي الى انتهاك حق الافراد في العيش بمستوى معيشي كاف. The right to an adequate standard of living is one of the basic human rights and a necessary need for every individual because the enjoyment of rights (food, housing, health, water, clothing), which constitute basic elements of the right to an adequate standard of living, is one of the basic requirements for achieving human dignity, so interest in this right appeared in international conventions and covenants that imposed on countries obligations that must be implemented to ensure that individuals enjoy this right, and these obligations may be immediate implementation if gradual obligations that countries are committed to implement According to the possibilities and resources available to them, the failure of States to implement these obligations leads to a violation of the right of individuals to live in an adequate standard of living strategic |
