| 520 | |a قامت الدراسة حول "الدمية الصناعية الجنسية ومخاطرها المحتملة" على دراسة فقهية مقارنة. وهي تهدف إلى إيضاح المخاطر المحتملة التي تسببها هذه التكنولوجيا، وبيان التبعات النفسية والاجتماعية لها، وإظهار سعة الفقه الإسلامي وقدرته على معالجة جميع القضايا، وتوضيح هذه الظاهرة وبيان موقف الشرع منها، ونظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع، وما بدا لي من قيمة علمية له، وما بدا لي من أن هذه الآلة أصبحت تتنافس مع البشر في حياتهم الزوجية، فقد سلكت في كتابة هذا البحث جملة من المناج منها المنهج الاستقرائي، والوصفي، والتحليلي، والاستنباطي، وتناولت هذه الدراسة تعريف الدمية الصناعية الجنسية، ونشأتها، وتطور صناعتها، والغرض منها، وأسباب انتشارها، ومخاطر استخدامها، وحكم استيرادها وبيعها وممارسة الجنس معها، وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة ضمنتها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها خلال البحث ومن أهمها حرمة استيراد الدمى والتجارة بها ومعاشرتها، وأن أي استمتاع جنسي بغير الاتصال المشروع بين الزوجين محرم شرعا. ومن أهم التوصيات وجوب حرص التجار على استيراد النافع والمفيد، وقد ختمت البحث بفهرس لإحصاء أهم المصادر والمراجع التي استعنت بها، وفهرس لجميع الموضوعات التي تناولها البحث. |b The study on (the sex prosthetic doll and its potential risks) carried out a comparative jurisprudential study. Which aims to clarify the potential risks caused by this technology, to explain the psychological and social consequences of it, to show the breadth of Islamic jurisprudence and its ability to address all issues, to clarify this phenomenon and to clarify the position of Sharia regarding it, given the importance of this topic, and what seemed to me of the scientific value of it, because this The machine has become competing with humans in their marital life. In writing this research, I followed the inductive, descriptive, analytical, and deductive approach. This study dealt with the definition of the artificial sex doll, its origin, the development of its manufacture, its purpose, the reasons for its spread, the risks of its use, the ruling on importing and selling it and practicing sex. The study ended with a conclusion that included the most important results reached during the research, the most important of which is the prohibition of importing dolls, trading with them and having sexual relations with them, and that any sexual enjoyment without legitimate contact between the spouses is forbidden according to Sharia, and the most important recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of merchants ’keenness to import the beneficial and useful, and an index of the most important The sources and references that were sought, and an index of all the topics covered by the research. | ||
