| المستخلص: | عنوان البحث: جهود العلامة أبي البقاء العكبري الحنبلي الفقهية (ت: 616ه)، مع دراسة مسائل من اختياراته الفقهية التي خالف فيها المشهور من المذهب. اسمه: هو الإمام العلامة محب الدين، أبو البقاء عبد الله بن الحسين بن عبد الله بن الحسين العكبري، الأزجي، الضرير، البغدادي، الحنبلي. وفاته: توفي -رحمه الله تعالى- في بغداد في ليلة الأحد، الثامن من شهر ربيع الآخر، سنة: (616ه). مكانته العلمية وثناء العلماء عليه: كان من أكابر علماء عصره في علوم مختلفة، وقد اشتهر بكونه من كبار علماء اللغة العربية، وخفي على بعض طلبة العلم بأنه كذلك من أكابر علماء الفقه الحنبلي، بل لقد حاز قصب السبق في ذلك، ولذلك نجد أن علماء الحنابلة قد أكثروا من النقل عنه، واعتمدوا على كتبه في معرفة المذهب الحنبلي، وبيان رواياته. إلا أن جميع كتبه الفقهية مفقودة وغير موجودة، ولا يوجد من كتبه الفقهية واختياراته إلا ما تناثر في بطون الكتب. فرأى الباحث أن يسهم من خلال بحثه -ولو بشيء يسير- عن الجهود الفقهية لهذا العالم الكبير، وبيان مؤلفاته الفقهية، ودراسة مسائل من اختياراته، التي خالف فيها المشهور من المذهب الحنبلي. وقد جعل الباحث خطة لهذا البحث، موافقه لما هو متعارف عليه في الرسائل العلمية. Title Of The Search: The efforts of the scholar Abu Al-Baqa Al- Akbari Al-Hanbali jurisprudence (T.: 616 AH). With a study of issues from his jurisprudential choices in which he violated the well-known school of thought. His Name: He is the Imam, the scholar Muhib Al-Din, Abu Al- Baqa Abdullah bin Al-Hussein bin Abdullah bin Al Hussein Al- Akbari, Al-Azji, Al-Darir, Al-Baghdadi, Al-Hanbali. His Death: He died - may God Almighty have mercy on him - in Baghdad on the night of Sunday, the eighth of the month of Rabi’ al-Akhir, year: (616 AH). His Scientific Position and Praises of the Scientists to him: He was one of the greatest scholars of his time, and also he obtained the first position in many Sciences including jurisprudence, therefore, we find that the Hanbali scholars has reported a lot about him, and relied on his books to know the Hanbali doctrine, and indicating the correct of the doctrine from his choices, as well as indicating narrations in the doctrine as it is shown in the research. However, all his books is missed and non-existed, and there is nothing of his knowledge and choices, but only what scattered in the stomachs of books (Inside the Books). So, I saw that I would contribute to publish the efforts of this jurisprudential scientist, indicating his Writings. Then I studied some issues of his choices. In which he differed from the famous opinion of the doctrine. I have made the plan of this research compatible with what is known in scientific researches. |
