| المستخلص: | إن البديعي كان بارعا في كتابة نظمه للنشر، وهذا ما وجدناه في مؤلفاته حيث احتوت على مقدمات ورسائل ومناظرات قد كتبها بقلمه، تحتوي على فنون بلاغية جميلة كالسجع والجناس والاستعارة، وقد لقب بالبديعي وذلك لبداعته في استخدام فنون البلاغة المتنوعة ولبراعته في فن الكتابة لما شغله من منصب قضاء الموصل ومزاولته لهذه المهنة، كذلك كان بارعا في كتابة الشعر وعملية نظمها سواء كانت على شكل بيت أو بيتين أو عدة أبيات، مستخدما فنون الشعر من وصف ومدح، حيث كانت كتابته في النثر أكثر من الشعر؛ وذلك لتوليه مناصب إدارية يغلب عليها فن القول والإنشاء، أضف إلى ذلك إن ما كتبه من مؤلفات هو للتقرب من القاضي (عبد الرحمن بن حسام الدين) وكسب نيل رضاه. Al-Badi'i was skilled in writing his systems for publishing, and this is what we found in his works, which contained introductions, letters, and debates that he wrote with his pen, containing beautiful rhetorical arts such as assonance, alliteration, and metaphor. He was nicknamed Al-Badi'i due to his ingenuity in using the various arts of rhetoric and his prowess in the art of writing because of what occupied him.
