| المستخلص: | أصبحت قضايا اللجوء إحدى أهم القضايا المعروضة على الساحة الدولية، اليوم، ولم تعد أزمة اللاجئين أزمة إنسانية عابرة فحسب، بل انتقلت إلى كونها وضعية استراتيجية معقدة يتداخل فيها السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي والأمني والقانوني. ولكي يكون الإعلام جزءا من الحل وليس جزءا من المشكل، حاولنا للمساهمة في تأطير التناول الإعلامي لهذه القضايا انطلاقا من مدحل قانوني وأخلاقي، وذلك بشكل موضوعي مبني على ضبط مصطلحي واضح واطلاع تام على التشريعات والمواثيق الدولية والتزام بأخلاقيات وضوابط المهنة. ونسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى التحديد الدقيق للمصطلحات المرتبطة باللجوء وطلب اللجوء والنزوح الداخلي والهجرة. والتعرف على الحقوق والحريات الأساسية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين. بالإضافة إلى التحديد الحصري لأسباب الخوف من الاضطهاد باعتبارها المحدد الرئيس للجوء، وتقديم مقترح مصغر للمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية للتناول الإعلامي لقضايا اللجوء. Asylum issues have become one of the most important issues presented on the international scene today, and the refugee crisis is no longer just a passing humanitarian crisis, but has moved to being a complex strategic situation in which the political, economic, social, cultural, security, and legal processes are intertwined. In light of the growth of this crisis and the diversity of its inputs and outputs, the media, for its part, became involved, and in fulfilling the role assigned to it, in keeping pace with this phenomenon, shedding light on its merits, and following up on the changes that occur to it. The increasing media interest in this issue is linked to the extent of the impact it has had at the international level, as it constitutes an influential card in many of the internal and external affairs of many countries. All of these considerations raise the question of the media’s handling of this crisis, which must understand the specificity of the topic, its constant currentness, and the totality of events that have arisen from it, in an objective and responsible manner based on clear conceptual control, full respect for international and national legislation and conventions, and full commitment to the ethics and regulations of the profession. |
