| 520 | |a حرص المجتمع الدولي بصفة عامة، والمملكة العربية السعودية بصفة خاصة على الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، خصوصا من حيث الرعاية، والحقوق، والواجبات، والتأهيل الاجتماعي لمساعدتهم على التمكين النفسي الاجتماعي. وفي ظل الحكومة الرشيدة بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز يحفظه الله وولي عهده الأمين سمو الأمير محمد بن سلمان في رؤية (۲۰۳۰)، اهتمت المملكة العربية السعودية بذوي الإعاقات بمختلف أنواعها، إذ أكدت المادة الثانية من نظام رعاية ذوي الإعاقة (۲۰۰۰) على تقديم الخدمات التدريبية والتأهيلية بمراكز التأهيل المهني والاجتماعي، وتيسير حصول ذوي الإعاقة على العمل، والسعي إلى رفع إمكاناتهم بالتدريب بما يتناسب مع نوع الإعاقة ودرجتها وقدرات كل فرد. لهذا جاءت الدراسة الراهنة بعنوان "التأهيل الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الاضطرابات الفكرية في مركز التأهيل الشامل للذكور بالدرعية" لتستهدف تحديد طبيعة دور العاملين بمركز التأهيل الشامل في تأهيل أشخاص ذوي الاضطرابات الفكرية اجتماعيا في مركز التأهيل الشامل للذكور بالدرعية، ومعرفة الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المركز، والوصول إلى أبرز المقترحات اللازمة لتطوير دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي وتحسينه في مركز التأهيل الشامل للذكور بالدرعية. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في العاملين في مراكز التأهيل الشامل وعددهم (٤٩) عاملا، وفق منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة، وتفترض الدراسة وجود دور مرتفع للأخصائي الاجتماعي في تحقيق التأهيل الاجتماعي لذوي الاضطرابات الفكرية في مراكز التأهيل الشامل. |b The international community in general, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular, have been keen to pay attention to people with special needs, especially in terms of care, rights, duties, and social rehabilitation to help them achieve psychosocial empowerment. Under the wise government led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, and his faithful Crown Prince, His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in Vision (2030), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pays attention to people with disabilities of all kinds, as Article Two of the Disability Care System (2000) affirms providing training and rehabilitation services in vocational and social rehabilitation centers, facilitate access to work for people with disabilities, and strive to raise their potential through training in a appropriate job with the type and degree of disability and the capabilities of each individual. Therefore, the current study entitled "Social Rehabilitation for People with Intellectual Disorders in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for Males in Diriyah" aims to determine the nature of the workers role at the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center in socially rehabilitating people with intellectual disorders in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for Males in Diriyah, and to know the difficulties and obstacles facing the social workers at the center, and present the most prominent proposals necessary to develop and improve the role of the social workers in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for Males in Diriyah. The study population has been represented by (49) workers in comprehensive rehabilitation centers, according to the social survey approach using the comprehensive inventory method, and the study tool is the questionnaire. The study assumes the presence of a high role for the social workers in achieving social rehabilitation for people with intellectual disorders in comprehensive rehabilitation centers. | ||
