| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق معلمات الإعاقة الفكرية لبعض فنيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي، تبعا لعدد من المتغيرات (المستوى التعليمي، والخبرة التدريسية، والبرامج التدريبية والمرحلة التعليمية)، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (۸۰) معلمة في مدارس ومعاهد التربية الفكرية بالطائف، في حين استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي في تصميم الدراسة، كما قامت الباحثة بإعداد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وأبرز ما توصلت إليه نتائج الدراسة، ما يلي: أن معلمات الإعاقة الفكرية في (مستوى التخطيط، ومستوى التطبيق) نحو تحليل السلوك التطبيقي - جاء بمستوى عال جدا، كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (٠,٠٥) أو أقل منه، بين متوسطات استجابات معلمات الإعاقة الفكرية في ضوء المستوى التعليمي، والخبرة التدريسية والبرامج التدريبية، والمرحلة التعليمية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالحفاظ على مستوى تطبيق فنيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي لدى المعلمات واستثمار معرفتهم بهذه الفنيات؛ وذلك من خلال توفير برامج إثرائية وتدريبية أثناء الخدمة، بالإضافة إلى حث المعلمات على الاطلاع على الممارسات المبنية على الأدلة منها تحليل السلوك التطبيقي المتواجدة في الدراسات الحديثة والمجلات الدورية المتعلقة بجانب (ABA)، مثال على ذلك: مدونة (ABA) بالعربي للأهالي والمختصين. The study aimed to identify the level of application of intellectual disability teachers for some of the techniques of applied behavior analysis according to a number of variables (educational stage, educational level, teaching experience, and training programs). The study sample consisted of (80) intellectual disability teachers in schools and institutes of intellectual education in Taif. While the descriptive survey method was used in the design of the study, and she also prepared a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The most prominent findings of the study are the following: The parameters of intellectual disability in (planning level, level of application) towards applied behavior analysis came at a very high level, and the results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 or less than, between the average responses of the parameters of intellectual disability in the light of educational level, teaching experience, training programs, and educational stage. The study recommended maintaining the level of application of applied behavior analysis techniques among teachers and investing their knowledge of these techniques. This is done by providing in-service enrichment and training programs. Also, urging teachers to learn about evidence-based practices, including applied behavior analysis found in recent studies and periodicals related to the ABA aspect. An example of which is the (ABA) blog in Arabic for parents and specialists. |
