| المستخلص: | تعد صناعة التعدين من بين القطاعات الصناعية الأكثر ديناميكية في الاقتصاد العالمي. حيث تشكل جزءا مهما من مشاريع التنمية الوطنية وتقدم مساهمة كبيرة لاقتصادات الدول. في الوقت نفسه يرتبط نشاط التعدين بآثار بيئية سلبية كبيرة، يتمحور هذا البحث حول فهم واقع التنمية التعدينية المستدامة في (أوغندا- رواندا- بوروندي) بكل ما يتضمنه من أبعاد ومحفزات ومعوقات، بهدف رصد مراحل تنفيذ رؤية التعدين المستدام لضمان تطويره في دول الدراسة، وبما أن أنشطة التعدين غير القانونية تعد من أهم التحديات التي تواجه قطاع التعدين داخل دول الدراسة، فإن البحث يحاول توضيح أهم المبادرات العالمية للاستدامة للتخفيف من التعدين غير القانوني والآثار المترتبة عليه، ووضع عدد من المقترحات القابلة للتطبيق داخل دول منطقة الدراسة للارتقاء به. The mining industry is among the most dynamic industrial sectors in the global economy. It forms an important part of national development projects and makes a significant contribution to the economies of countries. Mining activity is linked to significant negative environmental impacts. This research revolves around understanding the reality of sustainable mining development in (Uganda - Rwanda - Burundi) with all it includes of dimensions, incentives and obstacles, with the aim of monitoring the stages of implementing the vision of sustainable mining to ensure its development in the study countries. And since illegal mining activities are one of the most important challenges facing the mining sector within the study countries, the research attempts to clarify the most important global initiatives for sustainability to mitigate illegal mining and its consequences, and to develop a number of applicable proposals within the countries of the study area to upgrade it. |
