| المستخلص: | يعد حزب الله واحدا من أهم الجماعات المسلحة التابعة لإيران، وذراعها الأساس في تنفيذ الأعمال غير المشروعة في أمريكا اللاتينية ودول الكاريبي، حيث إنه عمل في التزوير، وغسيل الأموال، وتهريب السلاح، والمخدرات والبشر، كما أنه أسهم في تنفيذ عدد من الهجمات الإرهابية وغيرها من الأعمال المحرمة دوليا. هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على أعمال الحزب غير المشروعة في الدول اللاتينية ودول الكاريبي، وذلك من خلال التركيز على أبرز المناطق التي يعمل فيها التنظيم. كما أنها تناقش محاولات سلطات المنطقة لمواجهة تلك الأعمال. في البداية يناقش البحث طريقة الحزب في بناء خلاياه في تلك الساحة، وطريقة استثماره للجالية العربية المنتشرة هناك. بعدها ينتقل للحديث عن أعمال الحزب غير المشروعة في منطقة الحدود الثلاثية الواقعة بين البرازيل، والأرجنتين والباراجواي وكيف أصبحت أهم مراكز عمليات الحزب خارج لبنان. ومن ثم، يستكشف البحث العلاقة المميزة بين التنظيم، وحكومة فنزويلا والتعاون الذي بينهما للعمل بالتجارة المحرمة دوليا، ويبين دور كاراكاس في دعم عناصر الحزب، وتسهيل دخولها في بقية دول المنطقة، كما أنه يستعرض أهم الأسباب التي جعلت الحزب ينقل مقر إدارة عملياته في أمريكا الجنوبية من منطقة الحدود الثلاثية إلى جزيرة مارجريتا الفنزويلية. بعد ذلك يدرس البحث نفوذ الحزب إلى المكسيك، ويبين علاقته بعصابات المخدرات والتعاون الذي تم بينهما، ومدى تأثير ذلك على أمن الأراضي الأمريكية. وقبل الختام، يناقش البحث أهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى صعوبة مواجهة الحزب من قبل الحكومات المحلية، وبعدها يختم البحث بأبرز النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. Hezbollah is one of the key armed groups affiliated with Iran, and its main arm operating in Latin America and the Caribbean. It involves in forgery, money laundering, arms and drug trafficking, and human smuggling, and executing prohibited activities, including its link to terrorism. This study aims to shed light on Hezbollah's illicit activities in Latin American and Caribbean countries by focusing on key operational areas. It also, shall discuss the efforts of regional authorities in confronting such activities. This article starts with its discussion on Hezbollah's strategy in building cells in the region and its recruitment of the Arab dispersed. It then turns to illustrate the organization's illicit activities in the Tri-Border Area, located between Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay, pointing out how it has become the party's most important centres of operations outside Lebanon. Hence, the research explores the unique relationship between Hezbollah and the Venezuelan government, analysing their collaboration in illegal trade, showing Caracas' role in supporting Hezbollah, and facilitating its men in entering other regional countries. Additionally, it analyses the reasons behind the group relocating its operations headquarters from the Tri-Border Area to Margarita Island in Venezuela. The research then studies Hezbollah's operations in Mexico, investigating its connections with drug gangs, the collaboration between them, and their impact on the security of American territories. Hereafter, the research discusses the most important obstacles facing local governments when confronting Hezbollah. At the end, the article concludes with the most prominent results. |
