| 520 | |a شهدت السنوات الماضية قفزات تكنولوجية هائلة في مجال وسائل الاتصال والمعلومات، كان أهمها ظهور شبكة المعلومات الدولية "الإنترنت" التي ألغت حدود الزمان والمكان وقربت المسافات بين البشر وأصبحت شبكة الإنترنت نافذة مفتوحة على العالم وأصبح العالم قرية صغيرة، وعلى الرغم مما حملته هذه التقنيات من إيجابيات فأنها مع ذلك أوجدت صورا عديدة من السلوكيات والممارسات الغريبة والتي ربما لم يكن لها وجود لولا ظهور مثل تلك التقنيات ومن هذه السلوكيات الغريبة ما سمى بالجرائم الإلكترونية وهو نوع من الجرائم شاع وانتشر بين الشباب من طلاب الجامعات. فالجريمة المعلوماتية ظاهرة حديثة نسبيا يقترفها مجرمون أذكياء يمتلكون قوة المعرفة الفنية والتقنية، وغالبا ما يكون ضحايا الإجرام الإلكتروني من الشباب الذين يرتادون بانتظام مقاهي الإنترنت. لذلك يعد الاهتمام بالشباب من أهم المعايير التي يقاس بها رقى المجتمع وتطوره والضحايا أغلبهم من الشباب الجامعي مما يدعو إلى الاهتمام بوقاية هذه القوى البشرية لأنها هي الثروة الحقيقية لهذه الأمة وذلك بما يتلائم مع التغيرات التكنولوجية والاجتماعية للمجتمع. ويمكن مواجهة ذلك عن طريق الوعي المعلوماتي الذي يمكن الأفراد من استخدام المعلومات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بفاعلية وأن يكون لديهم القدرة على التأقلم على التغيرات كما يشمل أيضا الوعي بالجوانب الأمنية في العالم الرقمي ومعرفة الحقوق والحدود لتجنب الوقوع في الجرائم المعلوماتية حيث أن زيادة الوعي المعلوماتي حول الطرق الآمنة والسليمة للقيام بكافة الأعمال عبر الإنترنت يقلل من الاختراقات في العالم الرقمي. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة وفقا لأهدافها إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التي يمكن من خلالها الحصول على معلومات دقيقة تصور الواقع وتشخصه وتسهم في تحليل ظواهره. |b The past years have witnessed tremendous technological leaps in the field of means of communication and information, the most important of which was the emergence of the international information network "the Internet," which abolished the boundaries of time and space and brought the distances between people closer together. The Internet became an open window to the world and the world became a small village, despite the positives that these technologies carried. However, it has created many forms of strange behaviors and practices that might not have existed had it not been for the emergence of such technologies. Among these strange behaviors is what is called cybercrime, which is a type of crime that has become common and widespread among young university students. Cybercrime is a relatively recent phenomenon committed by smart criminals who possess strong technical knowledge. The victims of cybercrime are often young people who regularly visit Internet cafés. Therefore, attention to youth is one of the most important standards by which the progress and development of society is measured, and the victims are mostly university youth, which calls for attention to protecting these human resources because they are the real wealth of this nation, in a way that is compatible with the technological and social changes of society. This can be confronted through information awareness, which enables individuals to use information and information technology effectively and to have the ability to adapt to changes. It also includes awareness of the security aspects in the digital world and knowledge of rights and limits to avoid falling into information crimes, as increasing information awareness about safe and sound methods Doing all work online reduces penetration into the digital world. According to its objectives, this study belongs to the type of descriptive studies through which accurate information can be obtained that depicts and diagnoses reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena. | ||
