| 520 | |a استهدفت الدراسة الراهنة دراسة متطلبات بناء قدرات جلسات الاستماع الجماهيري، الحوار المجتمعي لدي قيادات المجتمع الريفي في ضوء المبادرة الرئاسية حياة كريمة، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية باعتبارها من انسب الدراسات ملائمة لموضوع الدراسة لأنها تمكننا من الحصول على المعلومات التي تصور الواقع وتعمل على تحليل ظواهره، لذا تهتم هذه الدراسة بوصف وتحليل قدرة قيادات المجتمع الريفي على تكوين وإدارة جلسات الاستماع الجماهيري والحوار المجتمعي في ضوء المبادرات المجتمعية خاصة وان الدراسة الوصفية تستهدف تقرير خصائص ظاهرة معينة من خلال جمع البيانات عنها وتحليلها وتفسيرها للوصول إلى النتائج وإمكانية إصدار التعميمات لموضوع الدراسة واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لقيادات المجتمع الريفي، ويعد من انسب المناهج لهذه الدراسة حيث انه منهج بحثي يهتم بدراسة الظواهر الاجتماعية في وقت معين ومجتمع معين للتوصل لبيانات يمكن تحليلها وتفسيرها للاستفادة من نتائجها في التعميم والأغراض العلمية مستقبلا وعددهم (٣٥) مفردة وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أهمية جلسات الاستماع الجماهيري، الحوار المجتمعي لدي قيادات المجتمع الريفي في ضوء المبادرة الرئاسية لبرنامج حياة كريمة. |b The current study aimed to study the requirements for building the capacity of public listening sessions and community dialogue among rural community leaders in light of the presidential initiative A Decent Life. This study belongs to the descriptive studies as it is considered one of the most appropriate studies appropriate to the subject of the study because it enables us to obtain information that depicts reality and works to Analysis of its phenomena, so this study is concerned with describing and analyzing the ability of rural community leaders to form and manage public listening sessions and community dialogue in light of community initiatives, especially since the descriptive study aims to determine the characteristics of a specific phenomenon by collecting data about it, analyzing and interpreting it to reach results and the possibility of issuing generalizations regarding the subject of the study. It relied on the social survey approach with a sample of rural community leaders, and it is considered one of the most appropriate approaches for this study, as it is a research approach concerned with studying social phenomena at a specific time and a specific community in order to obtain data that can be analyzed and interpreted to benefit from its results for generalization and scientific purposes in the future. They number (35) items, and the results of the study were reached.
