| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أبعاد تطوير خدمات المحليات بالمجتمعات الحضرية، تحديد المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق التخطيط في تطوير خدمات المحليات بالمجتمعات الحضرية، تحديد مقترحات تفعيل التخطيط في تطوير خدمات المحليات بالمجتمعات الحضرية، والفرض الرئيسي للدراسة: من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى تطوير خدمات المحليات بالمجتمعات الحضرية مرتفعا، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة العشوائية البسيطة للعاملين بحي شرق وحي غرب بمدينة أسيوط كمؤسسات حكومية بالمجتمعات الحضرية وعددهم (۳۳۰) مفردة، وكذلك منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للعاملين بمؤسسة مصر الخير فرع أسيوط وهيئة بلان إنترناشيونال إيجبت فرع أسيوط كمؤسسات أهلية بالمجتمعات الحضرية وعددهم (٤٧) مفردة، واستخدم الباحث استبيان تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها، واعتمد الباحث في حساب صدق الأنساق الداخلي لاستبيان العاملين على معامل ارتباط كل بعد في الأداة بالدرجة الكلية، وذلك بتطبيقه على عينة قوامها (۳۰) مفردة من العاملين بالمؤسسات الحكومية الأهلية (خارج إطار عينة الدراسة)، وتبين أنها معنوية عند مستويات الدلالة المتعارف عليها، وأن معامل الصدق مقبول، وتم حساب ثبات الأداة باستخدام معامل ثبات (ألفا -كرونباخ) لقيم الثبات التقديرية لاستبيان العاملين، وذلك بتطبيقه على عينة قوامها (۳۰) مفردة من العاملين بالمؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية (خارج إطار عينة الدراسة)، وتبين أن معاملات الثبات للأبعاد تتمتع بدرجة عالية من الثبات. Development is generally considered one of the most important issues in which social thinkers, specialists, officials, researchers and planners are increasingly interested. The Study Aims to Determine the dimensions of Developing Local Services in urban Communities, Identify the obstacles That prevent the application of planning in Developing local Services in urban Communities, identify proposals for Activating Planning in Developing local services in urban Communities, and the main hypothesis of the study: It is Expected that the level of Development of local services in Urban Communities will be This study is considered a Descriptive study, and the study relied on the social survey Approach with a simple random Sample of Employees in the East and West neighborhoods in the city of Assiut, as Government institutions in urban communities, numbering (330) individuals, as well as the comprehensive social survey Approach for employees of the Misr Al-Khair Foundation, Assiut Branch, and the Plan International Egypt Authority. Assiut branch as civil society organizations in urban Communities, numbering (47) individuals. The researcher used a questionnaire that was applied to the study sample to Achieve its objectives. In calculating the validity of the internal consistency of the workers' questionnaire, the Researcher relied on the correlation coefficient of each Dimension in the tool to the total score, by applying it to a Sample of (30). It was found to be significant at the recognized levels of significance, and the validity coefficient was acceptable. The stability of the tool was calculated using The reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) for the Estimated reliability values of the workers' questionnaire, by Applying it to a sample consisting of (30) of employees in Government and private institutions (outside the study sample), and it was found that the reliability coefficients of the Dimensions have a high Degree of Stability. |
