| المستخلص: | إن تعليم النشء وتربيته يشكل مركز اهتمام المجتمعات المعاصرة، وقد تأثرت المدرسة الجزائرية كغيرها من المدارس الأخرى باتجاهات تربوية ومرجعيات لسانية ساهمت بشكل أو بآخر في بلورة العملية التربوية وفق مناهج وبرامج تعليمية تهدف إلى إنتاج خطاب سليم. إن ثنائية الكفاءة اللغوية وإنتاج الكلام لها علاقة تواصلية لدى المتعلم، قد تكون فعالة حسب المهارات والتقنيات التي يكتسبها هذا المتعلم خاصة في مجال فهم المنطوق، ويهدف هذا البحث لإيجاد مرجعية لسانية ناجعة وفعالة يبنى على أساسها إنتاج الكلام وفق طرق تدريس وتقنيات تعليمية وتربوية حديثة ومعاصرة، وقد تم إتباع المنهج التحليلي في بعض مراحل البحث، وفي بعض المراحل الأخرى تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي للوصول إلى وصف دقيق لظواهر لغوية تم دراستها ميدانيا، وقد خلصنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى عدة نتائج لعل أهمها أن الخطاب التعليمي في المدرسة الجزائرية تأثر حسب تغير مراحل المنظومة التربوية، وخلص إلى الاعتماد على مرجعية لسانية في إنتاج الكلام واكتساب كفاءة لغوية بالاعتماد على التدريس بالكفاءات. The education upbringing of young adults is a central focus of contemporary societies. Like other schools, the Algerian school was affected by educational trends and linguistic references, that contributed in one way or another to crystallizing the educational process according to educational curricular and programs that aim at producing a sound discourse. The duality of competence and speech production has a communicative relationship for the learner. This research aims to find a useful and effective linguistic reference on the basis of which speech production is built according to modern and contemporary teaching methods and techniques, and the analytical method has been followed in some stages of research. In some other stages, a descriptive approach was used to get to an accurate description of linguistic phenomena studied in the field. We have concluded several results from this research, perhaps the most important one is that the educational speech in the Algerian school was affected according to the changing stages of the educational system. And it concluded to relying on a linguistic reference for speech production and acquiring linguistic competence by relying on teaching competencies. |
