| المستخلص: | يهدف المقال إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين دينامية التنظيم بمكتبات الكليات وتلبية احتياجات مستفيديها (طلبة، باحثين، أساتذة) ميدانيا من خلال تسليط الضوء على ما تتوفر عليه مكتبات الكليات من إمكانيات مادية، وموارد بشرية مؤهلة ومتخصصة، تهتم بإنجاز مختلف الوظائف الفنية والتقنية المرتبطة بإجراءات تنظيم وتحضير الرصيد الوثائقي (كتب، معاجم، قواميس، أطروحات) وتنمية اقتنائه، لغرض تلبية احتياجات المجتمع الجامعي وفقا للخدمات التي تقدمها للمستفيدين لأجل إنجاز بحوثهم وإعداد أطروحاتهم ومذكراتهم، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الكمي باستخدام العينة الطبقية، إضافة إلى مختلف المعطيات بمكتبات الكليات لغرض تحديد النقائص المرتبطة بتلبية جمع احتياجات المستفيدين وسدها، مع إبراز أهمية برامج التكنولوجيا الحديثة وفعاليتها على غرار ذكر تطبيق despace. The article aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between the organization’s dynamic in college libraries and meeting the needs of their beneficiaries (students; researchers; professors) in the field by highlighting the financial capabilities of college libraries; and specialized human resources; interested in accomplishing various technical jobs; and the technology associated with procedures for organizing and preparing the scientific documentary balance (books; dictionaries; theses) and developing its acquisition; for the purpose of meeting the needs of the university community in accordance with the services it provides to the beneficiaries; in order to complete their research and prepare their theses and notes; where we relied on the quantitative approach using the stratified sample; in addition to college libraries for the purpose of identifying deficiencies associated with meeting the needs beneficiaries and filling them; highlighting the importance and effectiveness of modern technology programs; similar to the mention of the despace application. |
