| المستخلص: | يعتبر ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة كل فرد يختلف عن غيره في أحد الجوانب الشخصية بحيث يحتاج إلى خدمات معينة تختلف عن احتياج الأفراد العاديين، ويمثل المختصين الأشخاص الأكثر تعاملا وإلماما بهذه الفئة والتي تتطلب أساليب وآليات خاصة لتقديم خدمة نوعية تؤدي إلى ترقية المتطلبات النفسية- الاجتماعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وقد أحدثت الإنترنت نقلة نوعية ساهمت في تحسين جميع أشكال العمل ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعريف بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والمختصين وحجم توظيف (استهلاك) الإنترنت لتوفير احتياجاتهم، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة من المختصين النفسيين والاجتماعين والمربين المختصين في كل من المركز النفسي البيداغوجي ومدرسة صغار المكفوفين التابعين لمديرية النشاط الاجتماعي بالجلفة قدرت ب (45) مختص، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد في جمع البيانات على استبيان توظيف الإنترنت لترقية الخدمة النفسية-الاجتماعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من إعداد الباحثين، وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أن مستوى توظيف الإنترنت (الاستهلاك الإلكتروني) من طرف المختصين لترقية الخدمة النفسية-الاجتماعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمديرية النشاط الاجتماعي بالجلفة أقل من المتوسط كما أن مستوى توظيف المختصين للإنترنت من أجل حل مشاكلهم الناتجة عن ظروف العمل مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة فوق المتوسط، وأن مستوى توظيف المختصين للإنترنت من أجل حل المشاكل التي تواجههم مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أقل من المتوسط ، وأن مستوى توظيف المختصين للإنترنت من أجل تطوير أساليب العمل مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة متوسط، ومستوى توظيف الإنترنت من طرف المختصين لتحقيق التواصل مع أهل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أقل المتوسط وربما ضعيف بالإضافة إلى أنه هناك فروق في توظيف الإنترنت في تقديم الخدمة لصالح الإناث كما أن الفروق موجودة بالنسبة لمتغيري الأقدمية والتكوين. Special needs Considered as individual differs from the others in a personal aspects that need to be certain services are different from the needs of ordinary people, and represents professionals people most in touch and conversant in this category, which requires methods and mechanisms to deliver quality service lead to upgrade the psychological requirements-social for people with special needs, the internet has brought about a qualitative leap contributed to the improvement of all forms of work and from this point of this study was to introduce the people with special needs, specialists and the size of the employment (consumption) online to provide for their needs. the study was conducted on a sample of specialists, psychologists, meetings, educators, specialists in each of the psychological pedagogical Center and School young blind followers of the Directorate of social activity Djelfa estimated (45) specialist, has been used for based descriptive method on collecting data on the employment of the internet to promote the psychological service-social for people with special needs prepared by researchers questionnaire, and the results concluded that the level of employment of the internet (electronic consumption) by specialists to upgrade psycho-social service for people with special needs of the Directorate of social activity of Djelfa below average and the level of employment of specialists of the Internet in order to solve problems resulting from working with people with special needs above average conditions, and the level of employment of specialists of the Internet in order to solve the problems they face with special needs under the average, and that the level of employment of specialists of the internet in order to develop work with these people of the special needs Average methods, and the level of employment of the internet by specialists to communicate with parents of these people (special needs) under the medium and perhaps weak in addition to that there are differences in the employment of the internet to provide service in favor of females also that differences exist for the variables of seniority and configuration. |
