| المستخلص: | يبدو الأرشيف والإنترنت مفهومين بعيدين عن بعضهما البعض. فالأرشيف يمثل الماضي بامتياز وقد يكون وجها لكل ما هو عتيق وقديم. لكن الإنترنت تمثل الحاضر بكل تجلياته وهي عنوان ورمز للمستقبل. ومع أن الجمع بينها يعتبر معادلة صعبة، إلا أنها صحيحة ومثمرة. فالبشر ومنذ القديم، لطالما حرصوا على أرشفة جميع الوثائق الشاهدة على نشاطاتهم. وعندما اخترعت الإنترنت وأصبح الناس يمارسون الكثير من أنشطتهم عبرها ومن خلالها، كان لابد من التفكير في أرشفة الإنترنت بجميع خدماتها، خاصة شبكة الويب باعتبارها مصدرا للمعلومات فريد من نوعه وذلك للتمكن من استرجاع الذاكرة الرقمية وحفظها للأجيال القادمة. تحاول هذه الدراسة شرح العلاقة المتبادلة بين الأرشيف والإنترنت وتستعرض المفاهيم التي تولدت عن هذه العلاقة مثل أرشيف الإنترنت، أرشيف الويب، الأرشيف الرقمي على الإنترنت. كما تفسر الدراسة دواعي أرشفة الويب، وتصف أنماطها وتسرد أحدث التقنيات المستخدمة في هذا الميدان تعرف الدراسة أيضا منظمة أرشيف الإنترنت، وكذا نشأتها وتطورها، وذلك باستعمال المنهج الوصفي. تهدف الدراسة إلى لفت انتباه مؤسسات الذاكرة الجزائرية إلى ضرورة استغلال الإنترنت من خلال رقمنة الأرشيف الذي يثبت هوية أمتنا وتاريخها وإتاحته عليها وكذا المبادر إلى أرشفة الويب الجزائري. Archives and Internet seem to be two concepts away from each other. The archive represents the past, and is the face of all that is ancient. But the Internet represents the present, and is a title of the future. Although their combination is a difficult equation, it is true. Since ancient times, humans wanted to archive all records of their activities. When the Internet was invented and people used it, it was necessary to think about archiving the Internet with all its services, especially the Web as an information source so that retrieve and preserve digital memory for future generations. This study attempts to explain the interrelation between archives and Internet and reviews the concepts generated by this relationship, like Internet archives, Web archives and online digital archives. The study also explains reasons for web archiving, describes its models and lists the latest technologies used in this field. It illustrates the “Internet Archives” Organization, its origin and evolution, using descriptive programme. The study aims to draw the attention of Algerian memory institutions to the need to exploit Internet by digitizing and making available archives that prove the identity and history of our nation, as well as to archive Algerian web. |
