| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه القطاع الفلاحي في توفير الغذاء، ومن ثم تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال عرض وتحليل لمختلف مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي ومقومات القطاع الفلاحي، وأهم إسهاماته في إنعاش الاقتصاد هذا من جهة والجهود المبذولة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر من جهة أخرى. لقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الفلاحي ساهم بشكل كبير في تحسن مؤشر الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر على مدى السنوات الأخيرة. إلا أنه يبقى غير مستغل بعد، وهذا مقارنة بالإمكانات والمقومات الهائلة التي يمتاز بها، لدى وجب إعطاء المزيد من الاهتمام لقطاع الفلاحة والتوجه إلى تطوير الشعب الفلاحية الاستراتيجية كشعبة الحبوب الحليب واللحوم بهدف رفع الإنتاجية وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي. This study aims to highlight the role played by the agricultural sector in providing food, and then achieving food security in Algeria, through a presentation and analysis of the various indicators of food security and the components of the agricultural sector, and its most important contributions to this economic revival on the one hand. And the efforts made to achieve food security in Algeria on the other hand. The study concluded that the agricultural sector contributed significantly to the improvement of the food security index in Algeria over the recent years. However, it remains unexploited yet, and this is compared to the enormous potentials and components that characterize it, when more attention must be given to the agricultural sector and the direction to develop strategic agricultural divisions such as the grain, milk and meat division with the aim of raising productivity and achieving self-sufficiency. |
