| المستخلص: | إن هذا البحث بعنوان أثر ترك الصلاة عمدا تهاونا وكسلا والذي يتعلق بأول فريضة بعد الإخلاص، فلها المنزلة العلية، والرتبة السنية، وهي ركن لا يسقط بحال، ولما رأيت الحاجة داعية إلى بيانه حكمه ومسيس الأمر إلى كشف أحكامه، لا سيما وقد ظهرت بعض التطبيقات العملية التي التبست على بعض الناس أحكامها، وامتنع بعض الأئمة عن الصلاة على الميت ممن التبس حاله، فجاء هذا البحث ليبين أقوال الفقهاء في هذه المسألة المهمة ويبين أثر ترك الصلاة عمدا تهاونا وكسلا. وقد جاءت مادة هذا البحث في مقدمة: وفيها عرض لأهمية موضوع البحث، ومشكلته، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وتقسيم خطته. التمهيد: مكانة الصلاة في الإسلام. المبحث الأول: حكم تارك الصلاة. المبحث الثاني: الآثار المترتبة على تارك الصلاة. الخاتمة: وستتضمن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. This research is entitled The Effect of Intentionally Abandoning Prayer out of Negligence and Laziness, which relates to the first obligatory prayer after devotion. It has a high status and it is a pillar that cannot be dropped under any circumstances. I saw the need to explain its ruling and politicize the matter to reveal its rulings, especially since some practical applications have appeared. The rulings of which became confusing to some people, and some imams refrained from praying for the dead whose condition was unclear, so this research came to clarify the sayings of the jurists on this important issue and to show the effect of intentionally neglecting prayer out of negligence and laziness. The material of this research was presented in an introduction: it presented the importance of the research topic, its problem, its objectives, previous studies, the research methodology, and the division of its plan: Introduction: The status of prayer in Islam The first section: The ruling on one who abandons prayer. The second section: The consequences of one who abandons prayer. Conclusion: It will include the most important results reached. |
