| 520 | |a تهدف دراسة إشكاليات الخدمات المجتمعية بولاية كسلا-شرق السودان إلى تقييم وتحليل واقع الخدمات المجتمعية بالولاية. والتعرف على المشكلات والصعوبات التي تعيق عملها واستمرارها في تقديم الخدمة، وأيضا معرفة عملية التخطيط وتوزيع الخدمات المجتمعية. واستعانت الدراسة بعدد من مناهج البحث المتعارف عليها في الدراسات مثل المنهج الإقليمي ومنهج شمولية الواقع الجغرافي ومنهج التحليل المكاني، كما عضدت الدراسة بآليات مثل الملاحظة الشخصية والمقابلة والمجموعة البؤرية والبحث في المصادر المنشورة وغير المنشورة ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها : إن الخدمات المجتمعية بالولاية تعاني من عدة محاور منها ما هو تمويلي وما هو تصميمي وأيضا تنفيذي مما أدي إلى عدم القيام بدورها المنوط بها على أكمل وجه، وبناء على النتائج توصي الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات المرحلية أهمها: تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة في عملية تخطيط وتوزيع الخدمات المجتمعية على المستويات العشوائية والمتركزة مستقبلا وضرورة الأخذ في الحسبان عامل الرضا النفسي بالنسبة للمستفيدين من الخدمات ( العملاء ) في عملية تقديم الخدمة ووضع المعايير الجودة اللازمة لها. |b The study of community services problems in the state of Kassala - eastern Sudan aimed at assessing and analyzing the reality of community services in the state. And identifying problems and difficulties that impede its work and its continuing to pro- vide the service. as well as knowledge of the process of planning and distributing community services. The study assumed that there is an unfairness in the geographical distribution of community services in the state and suffers Community services in the state include several problems whose indicators appear in (economic - design - executive) and the study used a number of research methods that are known in studies such as the regional approach and the approach of comprehensive geographic reality and the spatial analysis approach. and the study was supported by mechanisms such as personal observation and interview and the focus group and research in The published and unpublished sources are relevant to the subject of the study. The study reached the most important results: The community services in the state suffer from several axes. including what is financing and what is my design and also an executive. which led to the failure to perform its role entrusted to the fullest and based on the results the study recommends a number of recommendations The most important phase: the correct misconceptions in the process of planning and distributing com- munity services On the random and concentrated levels in the future and the need to take into account the psychological satisfaction factor for the beneficiaries of the services (clients) in the process of providing the service and setting the necessary quality standards for it. | ||
