| 520 | |a يعد القرط ونحوه مما تتزين به المرأة، جزء من مكملات زينتها، وأناقتها، فثقب الأذن والأنف من المقاصد التي يتوصل بها إلى التحلي المرغوب به لدى الإناث، فقد جرت عادتهن في هذا الأمر قديما وحديثا، سواء أكان القرط ونحوه صغيرا أو ضخما، على أن هذا الفعل لا يخلو من معاناة أو ألم أو تحسس أحيانا؛ لهذا نجد أن من الفقهاء من لم يجز هذا الأمر؛ لما فيه من الأذى والألم، في حين نجد أن فريقا آخر منهم أباح هذا الأمر على اعتبار أن الألم الذي يرافقه يسير، ولما فيه من مصلحة للمرأة من حيث التجمل والتزيين؛ لهذا عمدنا إلى دراسة حكم ثقب أذن الأنثى والصبي، وخرم أنفها (دراسة مقارنة)؛ لبيان أقوال الفقهاء وعرض أدلتهم في هذه المسائل. واقتضت هذه الدراسة أن يتألف البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة مطالب، أما المقدمة فقد ذكرت فيها أسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهميته، وأهدافه والصعوبات، والدراسات السابقة، ومن ثم خطة البحث والمطلب الأول: في حكم ثقب أذن الأنثى. والمطلب الثاني: في حكم خرم أنف الأنثى. والمطلب الثالث: في حكم ثقب أذن الصبي. يلي ذلك خاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال دراستي لهذه المسائل، وأخيرا قائمة بالمصادر والمراجع. |b Earrings and other things that a woman adorns with are part of the complement of her adornment and elegance. Piercing the ear and nose is one of the purposes by which one achieves desirable adornment for females. God Almighty said, "Is he who grows up in adornment while he is not clear in a quarrel?" [Surat Al-Zukhruf: Verse 18], This has been their custom in ancient and modern times, whether the earrings or the like are small or large, although this action is not without suffering, pain, or sensitivity sometimes. This is why we find that there are jurists who do not allow this matter. Because of the harm and pain it entails, while we find that another group of them permitted this matter on the grounds that the pain that accompanies it is minor, and because it is in the interest of women in terms of beautification and adornment; For this reason, we decided to study the ruling on piercing the ears of a female and a boy, and piercing their nose (a comparative study); To explain the sayings of jurists and present their evidence on these issues. This study required that the research consist of an introduction and three claims. As for the introduction: it stated the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, its objectives and difficulties, previous studies, and then the research plan. The first requirement: What is the ruling on piercing a female's ear? The second requirement: regarding the ruling on piercing a female's nose. The third requirement: What is the ruling on piercing a boy's ear? This is followed by a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings that I reached through my study of these issues, and finally a list of sources and references. | ||
