| المستخلص: | تبحث هذه الدراسة في مسألة ما إذا كان للعولمة ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان تأثير في بناء إنسان متوازن، ومن ثم تأثيرها في بناء المجتمع وتنميته وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، وما إذا كانت مبادئ حقوق الإنسان تساهم في تحقيق عوامل بناء الإنسان، حيث تم اتباع النهج التحليلي الاستقرائي، في استقراء نصوص التشريعات المعمول بها في العراق والتي تنظم بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر عملية بناء الإنسان. ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي تساهم في تحقيق عوامل البناء البشري، وكذلك استقراء نظريات ومفاهيم العولمة وآثارها الاجتماعية والقانونية والثقافية؛ من أجل معرفة ما إذا كان للعولمة تأثير على عملية بناء الإنسان، اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج This study researches the issue of whether globalization and the principles of human rights have an impact on building a balanced human being, and then its impact on building society and its development and achieving the goals of sustainable development.
