| المستخلص: | هذا البحث يتناول بالدراسة أحد المصطلحات المهمة في البحث العقدي وهو مصطلح (الفرقة) الذي يمثل رأس الحربة في أهم فروع علم العقيدة وهو فرع (الفرق الإسلامية)، وقد انتهى البحث إلى أن هذا المصطلح لم يأخذ حقه من النظر والدراسة، ومن أجل ذلك أعمل الباحث لدراسة هذا المصطلح النظر والتحليل في حقول العلم الثلاثة (اللغوي، الشرعي الاصطلاحي) التي تناولت هذا المصطلح، ليخرج بنتيجة حول مفهوم المصطلح تقوم على أن هذا المصطلح لا يتحقق معناه الشرعي الوارد في النصوص إلا بوجود ثلاث مكونات رئيسية وهي (الجماعة، الرأي المخالف، المنهج المتبع) ولكل مكون سمات يعرف بها ويستدل بها عليها، ثم ختم الباحث بحثه ببيان العلاقة بين هذا المصطلح وغيره من المصطلحات المستعملة في حقل الفرق الإسلامية. This research deals with the study of one of the important terms in doctrinal research, which is the term (sect), which represents the spearhead in the most important branches of the science of belief, which is the branch of (Islamic sects). In addition, the research concluded that this term did not receive its due consideration and study. For that the researcher worked to study this term, consider and analyze the three fields of science (linguistic, legal, and terminological) that dealt with this term, to come up with a conclusion about the concept of the term based on the fact that this term does not achieve its legal meaning contained in the texts except with the presence of three main components, which are (the group, the dissenting opinion, the followed approach). Each component has features that are known and inferred from it, and then the researcher concluded his research by stating the relationship between this term and other terms used in the field of Islamic sects. |
