| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية محتوى الدورات التدريبية التي يتلقاها المعلمين وعلاقتها بفاعلية الأداء من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس لواء الرمثا. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملائمته لأغراض الدراسة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (109) مديرا ومديرة أجابوا على أداة الدراسة المكونة من (34) فقرة موزعة على مجالات: تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لبناء محتوى الدورات التدريبية، وتخطيط محتوى الدورات التدريبية، وتصميم محتوى الدورات التدريبية، وتقويم محتوى الدورات التدريبية وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن فاعلية محتوى الدورات التدريبية التي يتلقاها المعلمين والمجالات التابعة له من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس لواء الرمثا قد جاءت (متوسطة)، وعدم وجود أثر دال إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) للجنس وللخبرة والمؤهل العلمي في فاعلية مجالات محتوى الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين مجتمعة من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في لواء الرمثا. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تضمين الدورات التدريبية للمعلم في فترة الإعداد وأثناء الخدمة على تدريب المعلم على التخطيط اليومي، أساليب التدريس والوسائل والأنشطة، إدارة الصف والاتصال، التقويم، التوثيق والاستمرارية)؛ بهدف تحسين الأداء التدريسي. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the content of the training courses received by teachers and its relationship to the effectiveness of performance from the point of view of the Ramtha district school principals. The descriptive survey method was used for its suitability for the purposes of the study.The study sample consisted of (109) principals who answered the study tool, which consisted of (34) paragraphs, distributed over the areas: determining training needs for building training courses, planning the training course, designing training courses, evaluating the training course, and presenting the results of the study. The effectiveness of the training courses he receives and the teachers affiliated with him, from the point of view of the Ramtha district school principals, may work (medium),And the absence of a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α = 0.05) for gender, experience and academic qualification in the effectiveness of the content areas of the training courses for teachers combined from the point of view of school principals in the Ramtha area. The study recommended the necessity of including training courses for teachers during the preparation period and during the service in the training of teachers on (daily planning, teaching methods, methods and activities, classroom management and communication, evaluation, documentation and continuity).
