| المستخلص: | Women's entrepreneurship is now considered a topic that is becoming more and more important in our society and which is gaining momentum day after day. The interest in women's entrepreneurship is mainly due to the role it plays in economic and social development and progress through the creation of new jobs, and also through the improvement of income and wealth. This is the reason we decided to undertake this research for the purpose of identifying the factors that could possibly contribute to encouraging and supporting women, in the Wilaya of Tlemcen (Algeria), to develop their own business. To do this, the motivations of a sample of twenty female entrepreneurs were examined and discussed. L'entrepreneuriat féminin est aujourd’hui considéré comme un sujet qui s’impose de plus en plus dans notre société et qui prend de l'ampleur jour après jour. L'intérêt porté à l'entreprenariat féminin est essentiellement dû au rôle qu’il tient dans l’épanouissement et le progrès économiques et sociaux par la création de nouveaux postes de travail, et aussi par l’amélioration des revenus et des richesses. C’est pour cela que nous avons entrepris de mener cette recherche en vue d’identifier les facteurs qui pourraient éventuellement contribuer à encourager et soutenir la femme, dans la Wilaya de Tlemcen (Algérie), pour développer sa propre entreprise. Pour ce faire, les motivations d’un échantillon de vingt femmes entrepreneures ont été examinées et discutées. |
