| المستخلص: | The sociological approach to professional identity is based on a brief history of theoretical work conducted in sociological and psychological research. Notwithstanding, this history has been complicated, composed, and characterised by theoretical uncertainty when it comes to dealing with this concept as opposed to being brief and easy to understand. On this basis, the present study aims to estimate and combine the elements of the concept of professional identity, through the establishment of the sociological approach, in order to be a theoretical base that can be used in field research that studies organisation from the perspective of the professional identities of its actors. |
