| المستخلص: | أصبحت السياسة الحديثة تهتم بالمفرج عنه وتبحث في العوامل التي دفعته إلى الإجرام والبحث عن كيفية بعد إكماله للعقوبة السالبة للحرية وعودته للمجتمع وإتمام رعايته خارج المؤسسة العقابية وعليه استحدث المشرع الجزائري القانون رقم 04/05 المتضمن قانون تنظيم السجون وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للمحبوس، المؤرخ في 06/02/2005 المعدل والمتمم بموجب القانون رقم 18/01 الذي نص على متابعة فئة السجناء المفرج عنهم برعاية لاحقة لتسهيل اندماجهم في المجتمع وتوفير لهم حياة عادية تحت إشراف أجهزة مسؤولة على برامج الرعاية اللاحقة وكذا مساهمة المجتمع المدني. الهدف الأساسي لهذه الرعاية هو إزالة العراقيل عن طريقهم خاصة تغيير نظرة المجتمع لهم ومعاملته لهم. Modern politics takes an interest in the free man, studies the factors that lead him to commit crimes, and seeks ways to reform him. For this reason, most laws require aftercare and assisted aftercare for released persons in a natural setting to restore them to a normal life by providing assistance and protection. Aftercare may vary from country to country, but is based on the same basics. The Algerian legislature treats the detainee as a person in need of care and assistance at all levels of care, especially after reintegration into society after serving his sentence and completion of care outside the prison. Detainees who provide follow-up care for released prisoners to facilitate their social reintegration and allow them to lead normal lives under the supervision of the authorities responsible for aftercare planning and civil society input. The main goal of this care is to remove barriers through them, especially to change society's perception of them and the way they treat them. |
