| المستخلص: | يتعرض الأطفال بحكم ظروفهم وحداثة سنهم لخطر الاستغلال أكثر من غيرهم، ويعد استغلالا كل استفادة من هؤلاء الأطفال على حساب حقوقهم الأساسية: من حقهم في الرعاية والمساعدة والنمو والرفاهية والحماية والتعليم والبقاء. ويؤدي استغلال عمل الأطفال إلى الإضرار بنموهم الجسدي والنفسي والاجتماعي، كما يسهم عمل الأطفال في حرمانهم من حقهم في التعليم. اعتبرت قضية حماية الأطفال من شتى أنواع الاستغلال الاقتصادي، وإنقاذهم من ظروف العمل القاسية، من بين أهم القضايا التي كانت ضمن أولويات منظمة العمل الدولية منذ نشأتها عام 1919، هذا الاهتمام الذي تترجمه مجموعة من الاتفاقيات الدولية التي أصدرتها هذه المنظمة، والتي تنظم مسألة عمل الأطفال، كما أن هناك العديد من المواثيق الدولية التي تحظر في إطار نصوصها استغلال عمل الأطفال. By virtue of their circumstances and young age, children are at greater risk of exploitation than others, and the exploitation of all the benefits of these children is at the expense of their fundamental rights: their right to care, assistance, development, well-being, protection, education and survival. The exploitation of child labour harms their physical, psychological and social development, and child labour contributes to depriving them of their right to education. The issue of protecting children from various types of economic exploitation, and saving them from harsh working conditions, is considered among the most important issues that have been among the priorities of the International Labor Organization since its inception in 1919, this attention is translated into a set of international conventions issued by this organization, which regulate the issue of child labor, and there are many international conventions that prohibit within the framework of their texts the exploitation of child labor. |
