| المستخلص: | إن نظرية العقد الاجتماعي قديمة قدم (الفلسفة الصينية والبوذية) ألا أنها مع أبيقور أخذت معنى جديد، فقد ربط أبيقور بين ضرورة التعاقد للخروج على الحالة الطبيعية وبين مبدأ المصلحة، وقد بلغت هذه النظرية ذروة تطورها وأهميتها في القرن السابع عشر الميلادي مع توماس هوبز، جون لوك، وروسو، وكانط، ثم بدت النظرية في ثوب معاصر عند جون رولز، الأمر الذي يقطع بتأثر اللاحق على السابق من الذين طرحوا النظرية في الأحقاب التاريخية المختلفة. وسوف تقف بنية البحث على مواطن التأثير والتأثر من جهة، وعلة التحولات التي ميزت طرفي المقابلة (أبيقور، وهوبز) من جهة أخرى. The theory of the social contract, although it is as old as the Chinese philosophy and Buddhism, but with Epicurus it took a new meaning, Epicurus linked the necessity of contracting out of the natural state, and the principle of interest. This theory reached the peak of its development and importance in the seventeenth century AD with Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, Rousseau and Kant. then the theory began in a contemporary dress with John Rawls ,which cuts off the influence of the later on the former of those who put forward the theory in different historical eras. the structure of the research will stand on the places of influence and being affected on the hand ,and the reason for the transformations that characterized the two sides of the interview Epicurus and Hobbes ,on the other hand. |
