| المستخلص: | تعالج الدراسة إشكالية تأثير أمن الحدود على قضية الهجرة غير الشرعية الأفريقية، من أفريقيا إلى الخارج، وبصفة خاصة إلى أوروبا. وتنطلق الدراسة من فرضية موداها، أنه: كلما تمت عملية تأمين الحدود بشكل دقيق أسهمت في خفض مستوى الهجرة غير الشرعية الأفريقية. وسوف تستخدم الدراسة منهج النظم، إذ تنظر إلى العوامل المؤدية للهجرة، بوصفها مدخلات والهجرة ذاتها بوصفها مخرجات، وما بينهما كعمليات مثل مناطق الارتكاز والتحرك. ويمكن تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى ما يلي: مقدمة، وأولا، مفهوم أمن الحدود. وثانيا: مفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية وأنماطها. وثالثا: العوامل المؤدية إلى الهجرة غير الشرعية. ورابعا: الحدود كمنفذ رئيس للهجرة غير الشرعية. والخاتمة. The study addresses the problem of the impact of border security on the issue of African illegal immigration, from Africa Abroad, and in particular to Europe. The study proceeds from the hypothesis that the more the process of securing the borders is carried out accurately, it contributes to reducing the level of illegal African immigration. The study will use the systems approach, looking at the factors leading to migration as inputs, migration itself as outputs, and between them as processes such as areas of focus and movement. This study can be divided into the following: Introduction and, first, the concept of border security. Second, the concept and patterns of illegal immigration. Third, the factors leading to illegal migration. Fourth, borders as a major outlet for illegal migration. The conclusion. |
