| 520 | |a يعد الطلاق مشكلة اجتماعية حقيقية لما له من آثار تهدد كيان الأسرة التي هي بدورها نواة المجتمع، فضلا عن تأثيره على سلوك الأبناء ومستقبلهم، ومن ثم هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على تطور عدد السكان المطلقين بالمحافظة وتوزيعهم على مستوى مراكزها الإدارية وعلى مستوى حضرها وريفها، إضافة إلى توزيع السكان المطلقين حسب فئات السن، ودراسة تطور معدلات الطلاق (الخام، والعام، والمنقح) على مستوى المحافظة، وتوزيع المعدلات بالمراكز الإدارية بها، ودراسة التطور العددي لحالات الطلاق السنوية بالمحافظة، وتوزيعها على مستوى الشهور، إضافة إلى دراسة أنواع الطلاق وأسبابه والآثار المترتبة عليه. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الزيادة في عدد المطلقين بالمحافظة تفوق الزيادة في إجمالي عدد سكانها، وأن توزيع المطلقين في مراكز المحافظة يتسم بالتفاوت بدرجة ملحوظة، وشهد معدل الطلاق ارتفعا ملحوظا في السنوات الأخيرة، واتسم بالتفاوت من مركز لآخر، وإن ظل مركز الفشن في صدارة المحافظة، واستحوذت المجموعة العمرية (٢٥- ٤٥) سنة بالنسبة الأكبر من المطلقين بالمحافظة، وشكل الطلاق البائن (بينونة صغرى) القطاع الأكبر من حالات الطلاق بالمحافظة، وتعددت أسباب الطلاق بالمحافظة وتمثل أهمها في: التدخل السلبي للأهل، وصعوبة التفاهم بين الزوجين، وانخفاض مستوى المعيشية، ومن أبرز المشكلات المترتبة على الطلاق بالمحافظة صعوبة التأقلم بسبب نظرة المجتمع وظهور بعض الأمراض النفسية والفقر والمشكلات القضائية. |b Divorce is considered a real social problem as it has great effects that threaten the entity of the family which in turn the nucleus of society, besides its impact on the behavior of children and their future, and then the study (survey) aimed to shed the light on the evolution of the number of divorced women in the governorate and their distribution at the level of its administrative centers and the level of urban and rural, in addition to the distribution of the divorced population age groups. Study of the evolution divorce rates (Crude- General- Refined) all over the governorate, The distribution of rates in the administrative centers, the study of numerical development of annual divorce cases in the governorate, and distribute them over months, In addition to studying kinds of divorce, its causes and consequences The study touched on the increase in the number of divorce people in the governorate exceeds the total of its population. The distribution of divorced people in the governorate centers is characterized by a noticeable degree of disparity, The divorce rate has increased significantly in recent years, Also it varies from one place to another. The center of Al-fashn remained at the forefront of the governorate, and the age group of (25-40) occupied the largest proportion of the divorced in the governorate, the form of irrevocable divorce (Baynunah Minor) is the largest sector of divorce in the governorate are many, the most important of which are: the negative interference of the parents, the difficulty of understanding between spouses and the low standard of living, and among the most prominent reasons. The consequences of divorces are the difficulty of adapting due to the society’s view and emergence of some psychological diseases, poverty and judicial problems. | ||
