| المستخلص: | This research is an investigation and study of an important manuscript in its chapter and subject by a great late scholar of the Islamic nation, Sheikh Ibrahim bin Sibghat Allah Al-Haidari Al Shafi’i (D. 1299 A.H). It tackles an important part of the verses of the jurisprudential rulings according to the Shafi'i school, which is considering the basmala as a verse from Surat Al Fatihah. He defined the Basmala and cited proofs and evidences that it is regarded as a verse from Surat Al-Fatihah as is the doctrine of Imam Al-Shafi’i (d. 204 A.H) May Allah have mercy on him. The researcher was concerned with transcribing the manuscript, comparing its texts to their original sources and extracting them, explaining the author’s approach to his message, and presenting it in a way that researchers would benefit and those who are interested in the jurisprudential explanatory heritage. |
