| المستخلص: | إن هذا البحث يعد دراسة في المقومات التشريعية للحضارة الإسلامية، والهدف منها دراسة مظاهر بناء الحضارة الإسلامية وانهيارها من خلال الإشارة إلى أبرز ملامح ومظاهر بناء الحضارة وأفولها، لأن حركة الوجود تخضع لسنن ونواميس إلهية، والتي تحكم حركة الوجود حفظا له من الفوضى والفساد، ولما كان عمران الأرض مقصدا من مقاصد الرسالات السماوية كانت سنن المداولة والمدافعة والاستبدال والاستدراج وغيرها من السنن الحضارية هي الحاكمة على الواقع، ومن ثم فإن السيرورة الحضارية للأفراد والأمم محكومة بهذه السنن والقواني المضطردة، وكذلك الإشارة من خلال الدراسة إلى أبرز مقومات التشريعية لحضارتنا عبر القرون السابقة. ولا تقوم الحضارة إلا بها، وعلى رأسها، الإيمان بالله تعالى هو الأساس الذي تبنى عليه الحضارة، ومنه ينبثق التصور الصحيح للحياة، والكون، والإنسان، لأن الحضارة وليدة الأفكار والتصورات. This research is a study in the legislative foundations of Islamic civilization. It aim to study the manifestations of the building and collapse of Islamic civilization by referring to the most prominent features and manifestations of the building and decline of civilization, because the movement of existence is subject to divine laws and laws, which govern the movement of existence in order to preserve it from chaos and corruption. When the urbanization of the earth was one of the purposes of the heavenly messages, the norms of deliberation, defense, substitution, luring, and other civilized norms were the ruling on reality, and therefore the civilized process of individuals and nations is governed by these steady norms and laws, as well as referring through the study to the most prominent legislative elements of our civilization over the previous centuries. Civilization cannot be established without it, and on top of it, faith in Allah Almighty is the foundation on which civilization is built, and from which the correct perception of life, the universe, and man emerges, because civilization is the result of ideas and perceptions. |
