| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى: بيان حكم الشريعة الإسلامية في السعي إلى الجمعة وسماع خطبتيها، وإبراز أسباب ظاهرة التأخر عن حضور صلاة الجمعة، كما يعنى بذكر الطرق المناسبة لعلاج هذه الظاهرة. وقد تكون البحث من: تمهيد تم فيه التعريف بمصطلحات البحث، ومبحثين وخاتمة، ففي المبحث الأول: تم بيان حكم السعي إلى صلاة الجمعة والاستماع لخطبتيها، وفي المبحث الثاني: تم إبراز أسباب ظاهرة التأخر عن حضور الجمعة وسماع خطبتيها، وطرق معالجتها. وقد توصل الباحث من خلال هذا البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، والتي من أهمها: أ- أن ظاهرة التأخر عن حضور صلاة الجمعة والاستماع لخطبتيها من المسائل التي عمت بها البلوى في المجتمع اليمني، وهي في المدن أكثر من الأرياف. ب- أن صلاة الجمعة من فروض الأعيان التي لا يجوز التهاون فيها، ولا التخلف عنها إلا لعذر، فقد فرض الله صلاة الجمعة على الرجال الأحرار البالغين المقيمين. ج- يجب الإنصات للخطيب يوم الجمعة، وهو مذهب جماهير أهل العلم، فلا ينبغي للمسلم أن يتساهل في ذلك، فيعبث أو يتحدث أو ينشغل عن الخطبة، وقد تظافرت النصوص الشرعية الدالة على ذلك. د- من أسباب ظاهرة التأخر عن حضور صلاة الجمعة وخطبتيها ما يعود إلى الخطيب، ومنها ما يعود إلى المصلي. This research aims to elucidate the Islamic Sharia ruling on actively seeking and attending the Friday congregational prayer and listening to its sermons. Additionally, it seeks to highlight the apparent reasons behind the delay in attending the Friday prayer and hearing its sermons, addressing suitable methods to remedy this phenomenon. The research is structured into an introduction that defines the research terms, two main sections, and a conclusion. In the first section, the study discusses the Islamic ruling on actively seeking the Friday prayer and listening to its sermons. The second section focuses on identifying the reasons behind the delay in attending Friday congregational prayers and listening to its sermons, along with proposed methods to address this issue. Through this research, the investigator arrived at several key findings, among them: 1. The phenomenon of delaying attendance to the Friday prayer and listening to its sermons is prevalent in Yemeni society, especially in urban areas. 2. Friday prayer is a significant obligation that should not be neglected, and absence from it is permissible only with a valid excuse, as it is obligatory for adult, free, and settled men. 3. Actively listening to the sermon on Friday is an established practice among the majority of scholars, and Muslims should not take this matter lightly, as supported by various Islamic texts. 4. The reasons behind the delay in attending the Friday prayer and its sermons can be attributed to both the speaker (khatib) and the attendees. |
