| المستخلص: | تكمن أهمية البحث في إنه سيوضح الأثر الذي سيتركه التزام المؤسسات التنموية الخيرية بمسؤوليتها في مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية سواء في المجتمع الداخلي أو الخارجي، كما تمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة عن السؤال الآتي: ما هو الأثر الذي تتركه المؤسسات التنموية الخيرية في مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية في محافظة حضرموت، وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأثر الذي تتركه المؤسسات التنموية الخيرية في مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية في محافظة حضرموت ، و افترض البحث عدة فروض أهمها: يؤثر الدعم الذي تقدمة المؤسسات التنموية الخيرية محل البحث إيجابا على مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية في محافظة حضرموت، وقد أتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: إن الدعم الذي تقدمة المؤسسات التنموية الخيرية محل البحث ليس له أثر إيجابي واضح و إنما بدرجة متوسطة على مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية، ويأتي المجال التعليمي في المرتبة لأولى، حيث تعطى له الأولوية ضمن برامج المؤسسات التنموية والخيرية، ثم يأتي المجال الاجتماعي ثم الصحي ثم البنية التحتية على التوالي. وأصى البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها: التنسيق بين الجمعيات الخيرية والمؤسسات التنموية فيما بينها من جهة ومع الحكومة من جهة أخرى فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ المشاريع وتبادل الخبرات وتحديد الأولوية للمشاريع التنموية للمناطق، من خلال إنشاء قاعدة بيانات سنوية، تفعيل الوقف الاستثماري بان يتم منح الجمعيات أموالا لإقامة مشاريع وليس أموالا لإنفاقها، ومنح امتيازات من قبل الحكومة لهذه المشاريع، وتطبيق مبدأ التخصص للجمعيات الخيرية والمؤسسات التنموية للعمل في مجال أو مجالات متجانسة. The importance of the study lies in that it uncovers the cash and in kind impact that being provided by the development charitable foundations on the economic development in the internal and external community. The problem of the study is stated to answer the following question: What is the impact of the charitable foundations on the fields of the economic development? The study aimed to identify the impact of the charitable foundations on the economic development in Had hramout. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method . The study reached to several results solutions such as: The financial support being provided by the development charitable foundations –the subject of study- doesn’t have an obvious positive impact, but only with a medium degree on the economic development domains. the education domain occupies the priority within the economic development domains , that is to be through given the priority by the charitable societies and development foundations when implementing the development programs , then comes the social domain , after that the health domain, finally comes the infrastructure respectively. The researcher recommended of the followings: To coordinate between charitable and development foundations regarding the implementation of the projects and the experiences exchange. To organize between charitable societies, the development foundations and government authorities in respect of determining the priority for the regions’ development projects, by establishing an annual database. To activate the investment Waqf (endowment), by granting the societies funds to establish projects and not funds to be spent, to grant concessions by the government for these projects. To apply the principle of specialization for the charitable societies and the development foundations to work in a domain or in homogeneous domains. |
