| 520 | |a إن العصر الحالي مليء بالتغيرات التي لها تأثيرات واسعة النطاق على الأفراد، مما يجعلهم يشعرون بالتوتر والقلق وعدم الراحة النفسية. يعد الإرشاد النفسي أحد الأساليب المستخدمة لتقليل الضغوط النفسية، ويعتبر من الأساليب المهمة في الممارسة النفسية الحديثة فيعتبر التعليم مجالا ذا أهمية كبيرة على مستوى الأفراد والمجتمعات الحديثة، حيث يساهم المرشد النفسي في نجاحه. إلا أن المرشدين يواجهون صعوبات وعقبات مختلفة أثناء عملهم في المؤسسات التعليمية. تتمحور مشكلة البحث حول ما توصلت إليه العديد من الدراسات التي تشير إلى أن المرشد النفسي يواجه العديد من المعوقات والتحديات، خاصة وأن هذه المهنة حديثة العهد نسبيا في مؤسساتنا التعليمية. وقام الباحثون بإجراء مسح للتعرف على المشاكل التي قد يواجهها المستشارون وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في أهمية قطاع التعليم ودوره في بناء المجتمعات وتقدمها. |b The current era is full of changes that have wide-ranging effects on individuals, causing them to feel stressed, anxious, and mentally uncomfortable. Psychological counselling is one of the methods used to reduce psychological stress, considered an important technique in modern psychological practice. Education is a field of great importance along the lines of individuals and modern societies, where a psychological counsellor contributes to its success. However, counsellors face various difficulties and obstacles during their work in educational institutions. The research problem focuses on the findings of many studies indicating that psychological counsellors encounter numerous obstacles and challenges, especially considering that this profession is relatively new in our educational institutions. The researchers conducted a survey to identify the problems that counsellors may face. This study’s significance lies in the importance of the education sector and its role in building and advancing societies. The study aimed to identify the most significant challenges facing psychological institutions in the city of Misurata. The study was conducted in the city of Misurata in the fall of 2022 and targeted school counsellors in primary and secondary educational institutions. After conducting a survey among the counsellors about the most significant challenges hindering their performance, the study’s results were as follows: The paragraph “Lack of training and the type of academic qualification held” obtained the higher percentage at 96%.
