| المستخلص: | تتعرض هذه الدراسة إلى ما نشر في صحيفة "لوجورنال دي لامبير (Le Journal de l’Empire)" الفرنسية من أحداث تتعلق بعلاقات الجزائر الخارجية خلال الفترة ما بين (1805- 1814) حيث كانت فرنسا تحت حكم- نابليون بونابرت، رغم انشغالها بنشر الأخبار الدائرة على الساحة الأوربية وما تميزت به من توترات وحروب (الحروب النابليونية). ومن الدول الأوربية التي اعتنت الصحيفة بذكر صلاتها بالجزائر هي فرنسا، بريطانيا، الدول الإيطالية والبرتغال، كما اعتنت بنشر أخبار عن العلاقات مع والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. إلى جانب ذلك تعرضت الصحيفة إلى بعض الأحداث الداخلية التي شهدتها الجزائر خلال الفترة المحددة. وكانت الصحيفة تنقل الأخبار عبر تقارير تحصل عليها من مختلف المدن الأوربية ومن تونس وكذلك من مدينة الجزائر. فكان حديثها عن تلك الصلات مع الجزائر منشورا إما في خبر منفرد، أو ضمن الحديث عن أخبار تخص دولة أوربية أو مدينة، وقد استدعى مني ذلك الاطلاع على كل الأعداد التي صدرت خلال الفترة المبينة. This study deals with what was published in the French newspaper "Le Journal de l'Empire" of the events related to the foreign relations of the Regency of Algiers during the period between (1805-1814), when France was under the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte, despite his concern to spread the news on the European scene, and the tensions and wars that characterize it (Napoleonic wars). Among the European countries that the newspaper took care to evoke its links with the Regency are France, Great Britain, Italy and Portugal. It also published news on relations with and the United States of America. In addition, the newspaper was exposed to certain internal events in Algeria during the specified period. The newspaper reported the news through reports obtained from different European cities and Tunis, as well as Algiers. His presentation on these links with the Regency of Algiers was published either in a single news item, or as part of a presentation on current events in a European country or city, and that forced me to see all the issues that were issued during the indicated period. |
