| المستخلص: | دراسة بعنوان الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال داخل مدينة بني وليد من وهدفت الدراسة التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة بني وليد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) معلمة. استخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات وقد توصلت الدراسة لنتائج من أهمها ما يلي أكثر المشكلات شيوعا لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال والتي كانت نسبتها ما بين (2.92-2.94) عدم مناسبة عدد الأطفال في الفصول وعدم توفر سبورة ذات إضاءة واضحة وعدم وجود الإمكانيات التي تساعد المعلمة على أداء دورها - وعدم احتواء الفصول على مقاعد صغيرة مريحة للأطفال وأدراج لحفظ أغراضهم وأوصت الدراسة بالآتي:- 1. تهتم وزارة التربية والتعليم بمرحلة رياض الأطفال حتى تكون مهيئة للمراحل الأخرى. 2. أن تقام دورات تدريبية خاصة تكون مهيئة للمراحل الأخرى ويجب عقد دورات تدريبية خاصة للمربيات في هذه المرحلة للتعرف على كل ما هو مطلوب وما هو جديد. A study entitled Difficulties facing kindergarten teachers within the city of Bani Walid from the point of view of the teachers themselves and the study aimed to identify the difficulties facing kindergarten teachers in the city of Bani Walid The researcher relied on the descriptive approach and the study sample consisted of (50) teachers The researcher used the questionnaire to collect information, and the study reached results, the important of which are the following: The most common problems for kindergarten teachers, which were between (2.94-2.92) The inappropriate number of children in the classrooms, the lack of a blackboard with clear lighting, and the lack of capabilities that help the teacher to perform her role - and the classrooms do not contain small comfortable seats for children and drawers to save their belongings. The study recommended the following: 1. The Ministry of Education is interested in the kindergarten stage so that it is prepared for the other stages. 2. Special training courses should be held to be prepared for the other stages and special training courses must be held for nannies at this stage to identify all that is required and what is new. |
