| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في الحد من الفساد الإداري في مجلس الخدمات المشتركة لمحافظة الطفيلة، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق ذلك صممت الباحثة استبانة تكونت من (22) فقرة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية التي شملت (120) موظف وموظفة، وأشارت النتائج إلى انخفاض دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في الحد من الفساد الإداري في مركز خدمات الطفيلة في مجال الأجهزة والمعدات، ومجال البرمجيات والشبكات، ومجال صناع المعرفة وجاءت متوسطة في الفساد الإداري، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في الحد من الفساد الإداري في مركز خدمات الطفيلة باختلاف الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي. This study aims at identify the reveal the role of electronic management in reducing administrative corruption in the Tafila Services Center. The researcher used the descriptive survey method. To achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (22) items, and it was applied to the study sample that was chosen randomly, which included (120). male and female employee, and the results indicated a decrease in the role of electronic management in reducing administrative corruption in the Tafila Services Center In the field of devices and equipment, the field of software and networks, and the field of knowledge makers, it was moderate in administrative corruption. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of electronic management in reducing administrative corruption in the Tafila Services Center according to gender and academic qualification. |
