| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التعليم الثانوي الرسمي في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتأثيرها على الأساتذة في محافظة عكار، والتعرف على درجة تأثير متغيرات الجنس والعمر وعدد الأولاد والتعلم عن بعد وأزمة كورونا على التعليم الثانوي الرسمي. استعملت الطالبة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) أستاذ وأستاذة في (7) ثانويات الرسمية في نطاق جغرافي وديموغرافي متنوع على محافظة عكار، أي بنسبة (100%) من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي، واعتمدت الإستبانة المكونة من (27) فقرة ومقسمة على محورين (الوضع الاقتصادي- الوضع الاجتماعي للأساتذة)، واستخدمت برنامج (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات، وأظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - إن أغلب الأساتذة في ثانويات عكار تأثروا بالأزمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. - هناك تأثير كبير للأزمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الأمر الذي أدى إلى هجرة بعض أساتذة ثانويات عكار. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول تأثر الواقع التعليمي في ثانويات عكار في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول تأثر الواقع التعليمي في ثانويات عكار في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 تعزى لمتغير العمر. وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم عدة توصيات ومقترحات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة المستخلصة. |b This study aimed to identify the reality of formal secondary education in light of the economic and social crisis and its impact on teachers in Akkar Governorate, and to identify the degree of influence of the variables of gender, age, number of children, distance learning, and the Corona crisis on formal secondary education. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of(300) male and female professors in(6) public high schools in a diverse geographical and demographic range in the governorate of Akkar, i.e.(100%) of the members of the original study population. The questionnaire consisting of (27) items was adopted and divided on 2 axes( the economic situation- the social status of teachers), and the(SPSS) program was used to process the data, and the results showed the following: Most of the teachers in Akkar secondary schools have been affected by the economic and social crisis. -There is an impact of the economic and social crisis, which led to the emigration of Akkar high school teachers -There are no statistically significant differences about the impact of the educational reality in Akkar secondary schools in light of the economic and social crisis at the significance level 0.05 due to the gender variable. -There are statistically significant differences about the impact of the educational reality in Akkar secondary schools in light of the economic and social crisis at the significance level 0.05 due to the age variable. The study ended with several recommendations and suggestions in the light of the study results. | ||
