| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية (الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي، التوازن بين الحياة والعمل، أثر النمط القيادي والإشرافي، التقدم والترقي الوظيفي) في مكتبة الجامعة الأردنية على الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة من وجهة نظر العاملين والطلبة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (477) فردا من العاملين في مكتبة الجامعة الأردنية وعدد من طلبة الجامعة الأردنية، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبانة مكونة من (26) فقرة توزعت على أربع مجالات (الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي، التوازن بين الحياة والعمل، أثر النمط القيادي والإشرافي، التقدم والترقي الوظيفي). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية وفق تقديرات عينة الدراسة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن مستوى الخدمات المقدمة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة الحياة الوظيفية بأبعادها (الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي، التوازن بين الحياة والعمل، النمط القيادي والإشرافي، التقدم والترقي الوظيفي) مجتمعة في مكتبة الجامعة الأردنية على جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة من وجهة نظر العاملين والطلبة، وأوصى الباحث بزيادة الاهتمام بأبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية في مكتبة الجامعة الأردنية، وذلك بتصميم وظائف محفزة على الأداء واعتماد أحدث الأساليب لتطوير قدرات العاملين، ومنح موظفي مكتبة الجامعة المزيد من الفرص للوصول إلى المناصب الإدارية العليا. |b The study aimed to identify the impact of the dimensions of the quality of work life (stability and job security, balance between life and work, the impact of leadership and supervisory style, progress and career advancement) in the library of the University of Jordan on the services provided to students from the viewpoint of workers and students. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the study sample included (477) individuals working in the University of Jordan library and a number of University of Jordan students. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (26) items distributed in four areas (stability and job security, balance between life and work, the impact of leadership and supervisory style, career progression and promotion). The results of the study showed that the level of the dimensions of the quality of working life according to the estimates of the study sample came to a medium degree, and that the level of services provided was to a high degree.
