| المستخلص: | يحاول البحث الحالي تحديد أهمية التقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية في إتقان مهارات وقدرات القراءة لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني في مدرسة مكحول الابتدائية المختلطة في محافظة ديالى. تبنت الدراسة فرضية وجود دور للتقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية في إتقان مهارات القراءة لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني الابتدائي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مدرسة مكحول الابتدائية المختلطة في قضاء المقدادية في محافظة ديالى العراق. عينة الدراسة فتكونت من عينتين من المتعلمين في الصف الثاني الابتدائي، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم استخدام الاستبيان، شبكة الملاحظة، ودراسة حالة ودرس نموذجي للمتعلمين مبني على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط وأحدث طرق التقييم المستمر واختبار قبلي وبعدي. وأشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى يوجد دور للتقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية من خلال صحة وسلامة اللفظ ضمن مهارات القراءة لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني الابتدائي عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) يوجد دور للتقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية من خلال الطلاقة القرائية ضمن مهارات القراءة لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني الابتدائي عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) يوجد دور للتقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية من خلال تمثيل المعنى ضمن مهارات القراءة لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني الابتدائي عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) فمن خلال هذه النتائج التي توصلنا إليها للوصول إلى أهمية التقييم المستمر في تمكين الطالب من صحة وسلامة اللفظ أثناء القراءة، والطلاقة القرائية وتمثيل المعنى أثناء قراءة نص، الالتزام بالعلامات الوقف، التعجب، مما يضيف للنص معنى، فعند يعتمد المعلم على التقييم المستمر الشفوي البناء الذي يحدد أهدافه مسبقا أن الهدف من هذه الحصة الدراسية هو لتمكين الطلاب من القراءة الصحيحة واللفظ الصحيح وتمثيل المعنى، وعند كل اختبار لا يعتمد على الخطي فقط بل يولي أهمية للاختبار الشفوي بذات أهمية الاختبار الخطي فقد نشأ جيل لديه متمكن من القراءة الصحيحة وذات ثقة بنفسه للقراءة. The current research attempts to determine the importance of continuous assessment of oral materials in mastering the reading skills and abilities of second-grade students in Makhoul Mixed Primary School in Diyala Governorate. The study adopted the hypothesis that there is a role for continuous assessment of oral materials in mastering reading skills among second- grade primary school learners. The study population consisted of Makhoul Mixed Primary School in Al-Muqdadiya district in Diyala Governorate, Iraq. The study sample consisted of two samples of learners in the second grade of primary school. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire, an observation network, a case study, and a model lesson for learners based on active learning strategies, the latest methods of continuous assessment, and a pre- and post-test were used. The results of this study indicated that there is a role for continuous evaluation of oral materials through the correctness and integrity of pronunciation within the reading skills of second grade primary learners at the significance level α≤0.05.
