| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى اضطرابات النوم وعلاقتها بمستوى التوتر لدى نزلاء مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل في الأردن واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (274) نزيلا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحثان مقياسين: مقياس اضطرابات النوم وتكون من (32) فقرة، ومقياس التوتر وتكون من (28) فقرة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى اضطرابات النوم ومستوى التوتر لدى نزلاء مركز إصلاح وتأهيل ارميمين جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات نزلاء مركز إصلاح وتأهيل ارميمين على أبعاد مقياس اضطرابات النوم تبعا لمتغيري مدة الحكم ونوع الجريمة، باستثناء بعد الأرق تبعا لمتغير نوع الجريمة، ولصالح أفراد العينة ذوي نوع الجريمة (جنحة)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات نزلاء مركز إصلاح وتأهيل ارميمين على أبعاد مقياس التوتر تبعا لمتغيري مدة الحكم ونوع الجريمة. وبناء على النتائج توصي الدراسة بضرورة تطوير برامج إرشادية لمساعدة النزلاء في التعامل مع الأثر النفسي الناجم عن الإقامة في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل، وذلك لخفض اضطرابات النوم والتوتر. The study aimed to identify Sleeping Disorders and its Relationship to Stress Level among the Inmates of Correctional and Rehabilitation Centers in Jordan, the study used descriptive correlational approach. The study population consisted of all (1008) inmates at Armimin Correction and Rehabilitation Center, the sample consisted of (274) inmates. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed two scales: The sleep disorders scale consists of (32) items, and the stress scale consisting of (28) items. The results of the study showed that the level of sleep disorders and the level of stress among the inmates of the Ermimen Correctional and Rehabilitation Center came to a high degree, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the inmates of the Ermimen Correctional and Rehabilitation Center on the dimensions of the sleep disorders scale according to the variables of sentence duration and type of crime, with the exception of the insomnia dimension. According to the variable of the type of crime, and in favor of the respondents with the type of crime (misdemeanor), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the inmates of the Armimin Correction and Rehabilitation Center on the dimensions of the stress scale according to the variables of sentence duration and type of crime. |
