| 520 | |a يشهد عالم اليوم تطورا سريعا في جميع اتجاهات الاقتصاد والتمويل والمصارف، فضلا عن ثورة رقمية في التكنولوجيا، والتي أدت إلى ولادة أدوات نقدية جديدة تتوافق مع التنمية الاجتماعية وتعميم الإنترنت، مكان في عالم اليوم، والعديد من المواقف والأزمات تساعدهم أيضا على التحول إلى التمويل والأعمال والاقتصاد والأوبئة وغير ذلك. ومع ذلك، فإن التعامل مع هذه القضايا يطرح مجموعة من التحديات والمخاطر، ومن الأمثلة على ذلك جرائم غسل الأموال وتمويل العمليات الإرهاب وتهريب بعض السلع الغير مشروعة، فضلا عن القضايا القانونية والتنظيمية التي تزعزع استقرار اقتصادات البلدان وقطاعاتها المالية والمصرفية ظهور العملات الافتراضية والضرر النقدي والاقتصادي الذي تسببه، بيان حول الآفاق المستقبلية لاستخدام العملات الافتراضية. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن عوامل تطوير الدولة لها تأثير إحصائي كبير على تبني العملة المشفرة في العراق، وأن البيئة القانونية لها تأثير هام إحصائيا على تبني العملة المشفرة. |b Today, the world is witnessing rapid development and a technological digital revolution in all directions of the economic, financial and banking industries, which has led to the emergence of new currency tools that are compatible with social development and the popularization of the Internet. A place in today's world, and many situations and crises also help them shift to finance, business, economics, epidemics, and more. However, dealing with these issues poses a set of challenges and risks, such as criminal money laundering, financing terrorism and smuggling of illegal goods, as well as legal and regulatory issues that undermine the economic, financial and banking stability of countries. This study aims to identify the concept of virtual currencies and their Properties and declarations the components of virtual currencies as a monetary currency, the challenges they face, and the importance of this study A statement of the monetary and economic feasibility of the emergence of virtual currencies and the resulting damage, A statement of future prospects for the use of virtual currencies And The study concluded that there was a statistically significant effect of of national development factors in adopting the currency crypto currency in Iraq, and There is a statistically significant effect legal environment on the adoption of crypto currency. | ||
