| المستخلص: | في البحث محاولة لإبراز عناية علماء توات بأحد أهم كتب الفقه المالكية؛ وهو مختصر خليل، حيث تم التعريف بالمؤلِف والمؤلَف، ثم بإقليم توات وبيان وجه نسبة العلماء إليه، فبيان عنايتهم بالمختصر من خلال ما كتب عليه شرحا أو تحشية، مع مراعاة الترتيب الزمني لها، ثم محاولة جمع شتات المعلومات حول هذه المؤلفات من كتب التاريخ العلمي والثقافي للإقليم، ومن بعض فهارس المخطوطات مع الإشارة إلى أماكن توفر نسخ منها، ووصف بعضها مما تيسر الاطلاع عليه، كما أظهر البحث عنايتهم بالمختصر من خلال تتبع أسانيده وروايته وضبطه مسلسلا إلى مؤلفه، وذلك من خلال مؤلفات الفهارس والأثبات المخطوطة، بذكر نماذج متنوعة تبين من خلالها أن مختصر خليل شغل حيزا كبيرا من العناية عند علماء توات، فصار مظهرا من مظاهر الحياة العلمية والثقافية. In this research there is an attempt to highlight the attention of Touat scholars to one of the most important books of Maliki jurisprudence entitled:’ Khalil's Mukhtasaar’. The author and the book were introduced as well as the region of Touat all the while tracing the scholar’s bloodline. It also shows Touat people’s interest in the book and the explanations they published. Their chronological order was taken into account and the scattered pieces of information were collected from the history and culture books related to the area. Some manuscript indexes indicate where copies are available and described some of them as easily accessible, and the research also showed their interest in ‘Khalil’s Mukhtasaar’ by tracking his narrative and seizing a series to his author Through catalogues and manuscripts. Various models have been cited, showing that Khalil's abbreviation held a great attention for Touat scientists, becoming a manifestation of scientific and cultural life. |
